I've never been at a fast food restaurant that qas more welcoming than this! Jim and his staff went above and beyond to ensure that all of the customers had a pleasant experience. All of the food was fresh, hot, and delicious. There was a wide variety of meal options, sides, desserts, and sauces. We will rfinitely be stopping in whenever we're in the area!

I do like the Fixins bar never enough onions or boom-boom sauce .

I just wanted to give a shout out to the Front Royal Roy’s for being so on point! They are very consistent and a recent exceptional visit prompted me to send some praise. The service was prompt and professional. I received a genuine “thank you for choosing Roy’s” after ordering and a pleasant greeting at the window, and was asked if any additional accoutrements were needed for my meal. The food was hot and tasty and my beverage was appropriately carbonated and had the correct amount of syrup. I understand the service industry is difficult and consistency can be hard to achieve, but I was and am exceptionally pleased. Thank you!

My family and I stopped in for a late lunch at Roy Rogers. Service was fantastic; staff was extremely friendly; the price very reasonable. Staff member even wished me Happy Father’s Day and complimented me on my family. Very impactful.

Ordered my food and could tell the staff was behind on orders. The manager was helping them get back into the flow of things. They took our name and then we waited for about 30 minutes before we got our food. Usually, I would just leave and ask for my money back but bc I understand food service, I didn’t complain and chose to give grace. My first job was Roy Rodger’s so I really wanted my food. It was nostalgic for me. The manager was very kind and he was also patient with his team which stood out to me. They finally called my name and were very appreciative and apologetic about their service and the wait. Everything turned out ok.

I love Roy Rogers. We don't have any in Southern VA so am thrilled when in Northern VA and I can have the absolute best roast beef sandwich.

This is one of the few fast food places I go to that still has someone wiping off the tables regularly. The manager always asks how our visit went. The food is great and the fixin's bar is loaded. I just wish it were closer!

Simple, no frills fast food restaurant. Higher Quality food then most, but the price is also comparatively higher. Clean dining room and well maintained topping bar for sandwiches. I appreciated the array of sauces offered.

Got the double bacon cheeseburger with baked beans on the side. Very tasty and juicy burger, beans were well baked, a bit sweet, and warm. Service was super quick. The place was quite clean. Plenty of delicious dips to try. I would visit again for sure.

The food was spectacular. I miss having a Roy Rogers here in Winchester. Unfortunately, it was almost 30 bucks for me to eat and be full. The portion sizes are too small and the price is too high. But it's a nice treat once in a while. Best roast beef sandwich you can buy, and it's not even close.

Always love Roy Rogers in Front Royal. Friendly help, clean environment, good food. What more do you need?

I ordered a chicken breast, it was still being cooked when I ordered. The Manager apologized and asked if it would ok to wait a few minutes. I agreed. He came back to me twice to explain how much longer it would take and tanked me for being patient. When the food was served to me the server even apologized again. This was the most friendly experience I have had in any fast food restaurant. Thank you for a job well done

Jim runs one heck of a restaurant! This is the definition of good food fast, not fast food! It is a clean and well run restaurant, and from the moment you enter the front doors you can tell you are in for a great meal. The food is cooked hot and fresh, the fries are piping hot, and everything on the topping bar is on point. We will certainly be visiting this well run establishment whenever we are in the area. I just wish there was one by me!

I would stop here again. Cheesesteak was good. Mashed potatoes had too much pepper (what is with restaurants over peppering food these days, everything is so hot. I'll add my own if I want a burned mouth ) so I'd try a different side next time.

We were there at noon and it was packed. Still, our order was hot, delicious, fast and accurate. The staff is very friendly and personable. About the cleanest restaurant we've been in! They seemed to clean a table as soon as it was emptied. We saw the manager, Ellery, outside checking the trash bin by the front door. Gladly recommend this Roy Rogers to all!!

Best fried chicken around. But this time I had a bacon cheeseburger and mozzarella sticks. The best thing about the burger is the fixins bar. Salsa, raw onions, tomatoes, delicious.

The cheesesteak hoagie was absolutely delicious. The bun was soft and not hard to chew, the meat was flavorful and the cheese melted through it just right. The mashed potatoes were a little too peppery for my taste, which seems to be the norm in restaurants these days to over season, so if you arent a pepper fan, go for another side. Our cashier,I think Jason, was eager to help and friendly, and Pam delivered our order quickly and efficiently. I will definitely make it a point to stop here again when passing through.

Need more Roys locations like in Sterling area where there is none. The last Roys closed In Sterling mallin lat 80s early 90s.Roy's Was my favorite restaurant then and still is definitely for roast beef sandwich. Real roast beef not chopped and formed and drizzled with au jus from the roast cooking.YUM!!!!!!

I ordered the breakfast ham, egg and cheese croissant with the breakfast fries and a side order of creamed chip beef. The sandwich was very soft, flaky and pillowy! Wonderful! The creamed chip beef was pretty good, a lot like my mother's when I was a little child. The breakfast fries, however, were too salty. I couldn't eat them. Restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. The employees were very nice and helpful. We had gone there for a burger, but they were still serving breakfast for another 15 minutes. The cashier said we could order it, but, we would still have to wait until 11 am for it to be prepared. We noticed that the toppings bar was very well stocked and clean, multiple sauces were also on the bar. Coca cola products were available. We will stop here again, but at a later time in the day.

I really missed this chain of fast food it's been since the 80's and it's still a good place to eat. I remember a guy I worked with back then his name was Earl when he would order a burger in the drive thru they would ask what he wanted on it he would say a piece of chicken 😆 👍👍
