McDonald's

20240929 This is located in the gas station. The [slightly bigger] lady who helped me was real nice. I was looking for Crocs #6 and #8, and unfortunately, #8 was sold out. Being at this location made me realize that all the McDs that I have visited in Northern VA employed all Hispanics. It might be language or culture barrier; services are not consistent amd often lacking. This location is more diversed, and service was friendly and helpful.

Words matter to me. This is the best McDonald's I've been to since......can't remember. The customer service was above and beyond. I was greeted when I walked in and respected the whole time. The type of interaction I had today restored my faith in humanity. It's true that there are still good people out there. Angel and the other gentleman are great assets and I very much appreciated the love I felt. Keep up the good work! The world needs people like you!

We did the drive thru today to get 4 Unsweetened Large Ice Teas w/o ice. We got Sweet Tea. Had to stop and go inside to get the right tea. The chicken nuggets were good. It's not the first time that the tea has been wrong.

This location closed down for a period of time and recently reopened. They are doing a great job on the food. They don't overload their sandwiches with condiments and everything tastes fresh. Definitely one of the better locations to visit in the area!

Was very good considering all the customers they had. They were packed but was very cordial to all their customers.

Whoever would think that we would be able to walk in a McDonald’s, sit at a table, order your meal on your phone and have them deliver it to you. Of course the 2 hamburger, coke, and fries cost more than the 60 cents I paid when I was kid.

We stopped in on 2/5/24 at 8:15. The Cashier was very friendly and polite. We ordered two Double Quarter Pounder with cheese meals. These were the best burgers that we've had at any McDonald's. Thank you to Brian the Cook. Keep up the good work.

I just had to take a moment to give kudos to the staff at the window at McDonald’s. The last few times I have been there they have been happy and very helpful. They don’t act like it’s a pain to wait on you. It’s so refreshing to see staff that actually smile and are so courteous.

I found a McDonald's way out here on the WV / MD border where the drive in person just says 'hi' instead of 'Are you going to be using the mobile app?". It does exist. Love it.

Well this is my local McDonald's. It's usually great service but sometimes on Sunday it hit or miss as far as the drive through. As you can see we have been going there for years and I would always take my baby's lunch at school from there.

I ordered on the mobile app. The food was ready and hot when I arrived. The staff here were super friendly and the dining area and restroom was very clean. What more could you ask for?

I didn't go inside or buy food for myself. We had our grandson with us and stopped here for nuggets and fries for him and a sandwich for my husband. They both enjoy eating here when we come out to shop around noon. Milkshakes are great too and a good price.

Jimmy is the best guy they’ve got. Truly the nicest worker I’ve seen in a long time.

Incredible. Immaculate experience. They even had classical music playing. I felt like I was in one of those Michelin Star restaurants. Good day today.
