The cherry tomatoes made up a wonderful sauce, and the blueberries were very fresh, plump and sweet! Everyone was so friendly and helpful to this newbie to shopping farmer's markets.

I stopped shopping at farmers mkts a few years ago because I would buy boxes of tomatoes to can get home and the ones in the bottom were rotten. After a few years of that I stopped buying from farmers. My son who lives in H'ville brought me four boxes of tomatoes from Ayers and they were beautiful even in the bottom. You restored my faith in farmers! Thank you

I WENT THERE HOPING THEY WOULD HAVE SOME REALLY GOOD PEACHES AND I WASN'T DISAPPOINTED, AND I BOUGHT SOME APPLE BUTTER AND A FEW OTHER THINGS! 🙂

We love stopping here. They have all kinds of jams, jelly, pickled okra, raw honey, and in season produce!

I like this farmer's market minus the crowds and narrow isles. I felt very claustrophobic. Which unfortunately makes me feel rushed but I am appreciate this place. Of the two of twelve I bought so far are delicious. I will be back, soon and hopefully not as crowded!

My wife and I really liked it. Not as much to choose from as we hoped but we went on a week night and out of season. The fruit was really fresh. We both enjoyed the pumpkin bread and the apple butter was great!

Great variety of fresh produce, honey, canned jams. Amish grown fruits, local figs. Good display, bright, clean, good atmosphere and environment. Fast checkout, they take Debit/credit cards. Love it. Parking on Saturday w my big SUV was challenging.

Love the produce. They have purple hull pink eye peas that are awesome. Just like grandmother would grow. Already shelled and bagged. Just wash and cook. Haven't had these in years until recently when I found them here. Always fresh, always great taste.

Always great produce and excellent service. Like a traditional farmers market open most days. And one of my favorite places for fall pumpkins!

The place is clean (a rarity in such places) and the produce is fresh and clean. They buy most of it from the Amish in east Tennessee and yes they DO mark it up. You have the option to make the 6 hour drive over there and get it yourself (I looked it up on Google Map, decided the price was just fine). I was glad to get quality produce at the price I paid, not cheap, not horrible. Anytime you deal with fresh produce there are going to be things that slip through so if you get 1 apple/grapefruit/etc and form an opinion you have cheated yourself, about the same thing as writing a review because you walked away without a receipt and THEN claimed you paid too much (gee, whose fault is that?). Bottom line: I come for fresh produce and THAT is what I get, not always perfect but I examine all my produce before I buy it so I usually don't get surprised. I love the place, but your mileage my vary depending on your own actions (or lack thereof).

I love this place for Quickstop of great produce on my way home from work. I have to say the corn is very good, You can also pick your own flowers for a very reasonable price per stem.

I loved this place! I ended up getting some great local honey that helps with my allergies a ton. It was a very pleasant atmosphere, and I'd definitely like to go back.

Clean, small and quaint. Fruits and vegetables are fresh and their cakes they buy at the Amish Farmers Market is sinfully scrumptious! Fresh churned butter, jellies, juices, pickled and several natural healthy sweet treats to choose from. Prices a reasonable and for those Huntsvillians who receive vouchers, they are accepted here. So you can feed your babies healthy organic foods. I was a little disappointed that the eggs were not fresh from the Amish Farmers Market like the other items. However, if you'd like to know where you can get grain fed, free roaming chicken eggs that were naturally fertilized the old fashioned way,.where the yolk is beautifully orange and tastes out of this world, Just message me. They are a bit pricey at around $5 a dozen, but well worth it if you're eating a fried, boiled or poached egg and not wasting such a treat to put in a cake where the taste is masked through other ingredients like sugar! lol! . It is not a grocery store, so business would not be taken away from this wonderful place and it certainly is not my intention. Just some people really are looking for the very best to nourish their bodies with, thats all.
