Mr. Coolee's Ice Cream Shop

This is easily the best place to get ice cream in Wayne County. The portion sizes are crazy and the employees are always incredibly friendly. Add in the convenience of a drive-thru window, and it just crushes the competition!

My favorite ice cream shop in the area by far. Not only do they have consistently good size portions at reasonable prices, they have amazing service as well. Their staff is always hard working and incredibly friendly no matter how busy they are.

First time visiting this icecream place. When they tell you their serving sizes are big listen bahahahahaha cause what you see in the picture is a small! Yes a small lol. The icecream was good and the staff is friendly I definitely recommend trying this place out!

My girlfriend and I have been coming here lately more often than I'd like to admit but the drive through aspect of this place accompanied by their wide variety of options and speed makes this place the best place around for ice cream.

Hands down the best ice cream around the area and for a very reasonable price you definitely get your money's worth They have a beautiful fish pond inside that's wonderful to look at.

Overpriced but also oversized serving.... For example, if their "kiddie" option was actually sized appropriately for small child, they could reduce their serving sizes and lower prices correspondingly...

First time in. Brought our family out for ice cream. Clean, pleasant shop, fast friendly service, and huge servings! We'll be back!

Love love love the chocolate peanut butter twist custard.... So delish. Drive thru is convenient.... Always remember cash only when going here.....

Great selection of sundaes. I had the banana split boat. All the ingredients were fresh. Very clean inside and outside. Plenty of tables outside, both covered and in the full sun. Pleasant staff. Lots of parking.

Great experience. Ice cream was great and prices are absolutely reasonable for the large amounts you get. Cash only FYI, but no big deal. Worth the drive.

I drive by this place almost daily and have been doing so for a couple years. Ice Cream at a Garbage company? Yea, that's what I was wondering. Seeing a line of cars constantly at the drive through window finally got me thinking this could be an okay place so I stopped in. I drive a big tractor trailer so I can not use the drive through but there is plenty of room for big trucks to park (they park a few dozen garbage trucks here). First thing I noticed when I got out of my truck was no garbage smell! K&D Disposal is clean! I've been in other garbage company parking lots and they all tend to stink so it was a nice surprise not smelling garbage. I walked into Mr. Coolee's and was surprised again, this place is really nice! They even have an indoor pond and fountain. They have an amazing number of choices for both soft and hard ice cream and the kids working there are attentive and helpful. I like soft serve and got a small and it was really big! Prices are very reasonable and you do get your money's worth. I'm glad I stopped and have stopped here a few times now, always with good service. So, Ice Cream at a Garbage company? Yes yes yes!!! This place is great!

their ice cream is freaking huge and the staff are nice, i like the fishy pond and the bear statue, one time the employee even let me feed the fish

The staff is very friendly. The service inside is courteous. As well as quick as they can assist you. The hard ice cream is Turkey Hill. There are to many soft flavor combinations to share.
The drive thru is very convenient! Except at certain peak times in the evening. The longest I've been in line is 47 minutes. But I know the staff is working as quickly as they can to serve everyone.

I should have taken a few pictures. The icecream was delicious a definite place to go in the summer. I had a small sundae and my husband a banana split. The sundae filled the whole cup with whipped topping and a cherry on top. The banana split had chunks of pineapple and strawberries as topping along with the syrups. I got one taste. It was very good! We will be back again. Being CASH they don't accept anything else.

Definitely worth the money. A small is huge.
