Murphy Heating and Cooling has truly earned my business. We are new to the area and had many positive recommendations for Murphy's.They serviced our AC units earlier this month and I just had them replace our 25 year old boiler with a new unit. Across the board they have been a delight to work with. Customer services - 5 stars, sales - zero pressure 5 stars, technicians - 5 stars and the office staff are all 5 starts.

We were having problems with our old boiler so decided to give murphy’s a call (they came highly recommended). They sent out Jacob who was very knowledgeable and after some diagnosis and parts got my system up and running for the time being. I decided for the peace of mind to go with a whole new system. They got me in quickly being it was winter time. Their installers worked all day getting everything done and weren’t in a hurry to run out the door being this was later on a Friday. So far very happy with the professionalism workmanship and punctuality of the Murphy‘s heating team. After having a great experience with Murphy we had them come back out for A/C. Same result excellent work. AJ and Don did a great job with the installation. Looking forward to a cool summer!

This company is amazing! We needed them to come out to fix our radiators and look at our boiler pretty quickly due to selling our home and they were able to make it work! Very quick and really friendly company also very knowledgeable and let us know exactly what was going on. Definitely would recommend these guys to everyone!

I am so grateful for and happy with Murphy’s Heating and Cooling staff. They installed my Mini Split system a little over 3 years ago and did an awesome job. Recently, Jonny came out to discuss adding another mini split unit in the kitchen, but also helped me realize there might be a problem with the existing living room unit. Garrett came out to assess the living room unit and confirmed that was the case. The part was ordered and he returned again to fix the problem. Not only did he fix the issue, but he made sure it was working properly before I left and answered any questions I had. Both of them were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I am happy to know that I have a reliable company to call when there is an issue. Thank you so much!

We needed a double tank replacement job in our shop. Murphy gave us a very competitive price, and they were very nice when we had to make some last minute scheduling changes due to other onsite activities. They showed up promptly and stayed until the work was complete. All the plumbing was routed very nicely, and they even painted our vent and fill lines! I have already recommended them to a friend who needs a similar service!

I have known Ryan Murphy since he was a high school student with my own children, & was so surprised the first time he showed up at my home to service my heating system while working his 1st job for a competitor. Ryan is & always was very attentive to detail, & extremely Courteous! He has since left that company & in my opinion, went on to create one of the BEST companies in his field. I switched companies to Murphy Heating & Cooling & have never regretted it! He has made sure that his Employees & Techs show every single one of his customers the same high level of COMPETENCE & COURTESY that he does! This is the ONLY company I ever RECCOMEND to everyone! I actually just had them install a New Efficient Boiler System to replace my 31 year old system that was regularly serviced by Ryan Murphy & a few of his current employees before & since he opened Murphy Heating & Cooling.

Excellent service with a great price. The new boiler system looks fantastic!! They encountered some funky issues in my house, but they took it with stride and got the job done in the time I was quoted. Zero complaints.

Ryan Murphy has been my go-to HVAC company since I bought my house in 2019. They’ve provided emergency service/advice when my boiler pipes froze in the winter, impromptu repairs when I had an issue with my boiler, and every year they provide annual tune-ups for my boiler and heat pump. Every time they come they are ALWAYS on-time, professional, efficient and friendly. Their annual tune-ups have kept my equipment running in tip-top shape. Ryan Murphy is the only HVAC company I trust to be honest and provide reliable service.

Murphy Heating and Cooling was recommended to us by friends. After conferring with Jonny, we knew it was a good fit. Christine was in touch soon after and scheduled us for the following week. We immediately felt comfortable with our techs. Donald and AJ were professional, respectful and patient. Each morning they outlined the day’s plan and work was timely completed. Before they left, they offered us a tutorial on our new unit. And when they left, our house as spotless! The entire process took less than 2 weeks. We would highly recommend Murphy Heating and Cooling!

When we needed our boiler to be replaced I had researched which replacement unit to choose. I decided on the Energy Kinetics and then asked them to supply a list of companies that they would suggest to do the installation. I requested quotes from four of the companies named. Murphys was one of those. They weren't the least expensive and they weren't the most expensive. I checked with people that had experience with the four companies and Murphys definitely had the most satisfied customers. They gave a installation date that they stuck to and completed the work in the time frame that they had stated. I am very satisfied with the quality of work performed as well as the quality of all of the materials used. Their staff struck me as very professional and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to others based on my experience with their organization.

First and foremost I’d like to acknowledge John and Anthony for doing an amazing job installing a brand new boiler. The attention to detail assembling the pipe, wires, machine, etc is high quality. Ryan Murphy LLC installed my thermopride at my home and the work is incredible even after a few years with no issues! Going forward to sept 2022, my mothers home in Danbury needed a new furnace as the life of the old one was ready to go. The staff at Ryan Murphy LLC provided me two proposals of a high efficient boiler and a lower cost boiler. Going with the better performing boiler the proposal was locked in. John, Anthony and another employee came to Danbury and secured the floor to prevent their foot traffic from making a mess. The installation was clean and perfect. After the completion of the job, the room where the installation occurred looked as no change happen. This is an example of quality work and respecting the work site. Anthony and John did a great presentation explaining what is what on the new boiler. They showed my family all electrical and valves what they do and how to respond to them in case of an emergency. Honestly the work and customer service this company offers is incredible. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a issue with there home heating system.
