I can't imagine anyone having a bad review.

I have been here several times and the staff are super friendly and welcoming..

I went down to pick up a prescription today and they had to refill and they said it would take 20 minutes, (which I understand).

Within Minutes, Nichols had my prescription ready. Didn't even have to wait 5 minutes!.

I know what it's like being on that side of the counter, it's NOT easy work. These people are filling hundreds of prescriptions if not more a day.

Be patient and be kind!!.

Walmart Pharmacy is a breath of fresh air after dealing with CVS for a decade. I'm ashamed that I hadn't switched to Walmart a long time ago. My child's doctor submitted a prescription and it was ready within a couple hours. Even then, the cashier had apologized for it taking so long saying they were really busy that day. Compare that to CVS across the street that can take DAYS to get your prescription, even if it's something common or needed soon like an antibiotic. And the staff at Walmart Pharmacy are just amazingly nice. The pharmacist when said that she hopes my son feels better soon when I picked up an antibiotic for him. That doesn't seem like it's an overly nice thing to say or do, but I could barely get anyone to look at me at CVS much less give well wishes. I'll be with Walmart Pharmacy for any prescription need from now on.

Johnathan was very helpful! And the rest of the staff were as well! They are definitely a fresh breath of air after having to deal with CVS!

30-45 minute waiting time for them to fill my daughter's prescription on a Monday evening. Sounds like there's a problem with your process.

Absolutely the WORST pharmacy EVER!! Due to our docs to system getting hacked we unfortunately had to get our regular prescriptions filled there. It has been TERRIBLE!! Every one of our meds cannot be just stopped cold turkey but due to this pharmacy we were put in that position. It has been HELL!! And then with trying to get the final one filled, we got basically interrogated. Who are they to question the dosage that my husband has been on for YEARS!! I’m just so disgusted with them.
If you need anything stronger than an aspirin, run! Find another pharmacy!!

Spoke to a girl in Pharmacy, she said her name was Marianna (I don’t know if that’s true or not because she was hesitant to give it to me at the end of the call ) I was asking for her to assist me with refilling a prescription when she interrupted me to ask my date of birth very curtly. She stated that my prescription had expired, and when I asked her when she couldn’t tell me. I asked if Charlottesville had an active prescription and she stated she Didn’t know and that I would have to call charlottesville and ask them. So I called the Charlottesville location and the nice lady there said that Mariana was lying that you can in fact see if the prescription is located at another store. I don’t care if you’re new, and you don’t know the answer, ask somebody. Or maybe You just didn’t want to put in the work and deal with me? Either way, very poor customer service experience, find a job that you enjoy. Walmart, I understand. It’s hard to find people that wanna work these days, but do better.

You will wait no less than 20 minutes in line every single time you pick up/drop off a prescription, no matter how many people are in front of you. So incredibly frustrating. They could really benefit by hiring more people to work the register and/or hiring people that don’t work at the pace of a snail.

I couldn't get the medicine that was called in for my daughter. Call prior to going, supposed to he open till 9 pm got there at 7:11pm. Closed due to storm messed computer. Called the next day, yes they are open, got there at 1:30pm said they were closing for lunch. I said I came yesterday and you were closed but they wouldn't listen. There wasn't even a sign to say there are closed for lunch during this time frame. There is no reason not to stagger lunches so there is someone there at all times. Now I have to make a third trip to get the medicine that is needed.

This by far is one of the most backward pharmacies when it comes to customer service. partial fills no, issue with filling a prescription they don't call. You end up standing in line only to be told there was an issue and they never called. If it weren't for TRICARE dropping CVS and HAVING to go to Wal-Mart I would never go to this Pharmacy
