We could not be more impressed with the services of Just Better Home Services! Outstanding in every way. JB was scheduled promptly and he was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and quick in determining all issues with our commercial plumbing. He quickly fixed a few issues, set our minds at ease and this was done at a reasonable price. We highly recommend Just Better Home and encourage anyone to contact them for all their needs!

Wonderful service and highly recommend! We needed some electrical work done in our new home, and they were able to fit us into their schedule quickly. They were extremely friendly and professional through the whole process. They even scheduled city inspection and retrieved permits needed on our behalf. Working with them was extremely easy and we will absolutely keep them in mind for any future projects needed!

I was experiencing an electrical issue in my home that caused me to have no hot water/heat/air for a weekend. I called Just Better Home Services and they were able to fit me in same day. Brad was the electrician who did the diagnostic and install and he was excellent. He talked through everything with me, explained the issue thoroughly and while we had to wait for Dominion offered to check/fix any other issues I was having while we waited. The issue at hand was a major repair which took the majority of the following day and Brad and the other technician from Just Better Home Services were wonderful. Definitely recommend, Jennifer is very helpful as well!

This was my first time using Just Better Home Services and I am beyond pleased. I called about a possible leak inside a wall. They were very responsive and efficient with communication, estimates, payments, etc. JB, who responded to our issue, was prompt and thorough. He explained our options and created a clear estimate. Just 48 hours later he was able to return and fix the issue in a reasonable amount of time. He worked efficiently and cleanly - you'd never know he was there! We will be using JBHS in the future.

Again, just better great setvice this time plumbing, hooked up my mo and flow!Just again in April on 2024, Brad-Electrical, Cory-HVAC and Rob-Plumbing, did Awesome work on my HVAC and outside unit, Brad installed an amazing 25 setting talking door bell very very cool and Brad took time to show me how it worked. Rob went again above and beyond with plumber cleared filter please put in cut off valve where needed which he did not need to do, thank you as well. Great job to all and to Jennifer and staff. I highly recommend Just Better Home for your everyday needs, thats a fact. And last I signed up for Home contract with these people to be covered for a year, great family. Thank you Janon

I recently used Just Better Home Services to fix a pin hole leak in a copper pipe. The technician, Mauricio, was terrific - quick, professional, and friendly. He answered all of my questions and went over and above to provide great customer service! I’d be happy to use Just Better Home Services again.

Just Better fixed our sump pump problem quickly and efficiently, and at a reasonable
price. The technician was friendly and polite, as were the people I spoke with when I called. They even called to see if they could come a day early because they had a cancellation, which I really appreciated. Will use again should the need arise.

I was pleased that I could get a plumbing fix on a Saturday. JB Turner arrived when he said he would. He was polite and friendly. He did a thorough inspection of the problem before taking care of it. I appreciate that he explained what he was doing in terms I could understand. He also gave a price quote on what it would cost to replace the old toilet with a better one. The weekend dispatch fee was high, but worth it to get great service fast. When it comes to plumbing companies, I think theirs is just better.

Rob Rhodes did a great job diagnosing and replacing some defective plumbing at my townhome. I was in the process of selling and did not want new owners to have any issues. Rob is knowledgeable and professional. He explained all repairs in terms I could easily understand. One of the best home repairs experiences I ever had in Charlottesville, Va.
I will be using their services back over in the Valley. Great customer service and support.

Needed a plumber on a Sunday and couldn't find anyone that would be available. I called Just Better Home Services and I had a plumber at my home within hours. Service was great,price fair and cleanup was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Our hot water heater went out and we called Just Better Home Services. JB the plumber was here the next day with a tank on the truck and installed in no time. It worked great but he did recommend that we change out one of the wires leading to the tank. We called the company again for an electrician and Billy came out right away. He had the inspector here the next day and all is fixed the proper way. This company is great from the staff that schedules to the techs in the field. I wish all companies woud get back to this customer service style. I don't mind paying for something when it's done right, hassle free! Thanks again ya'll.

Outstanding experience. Called early Sunday morning for help. The dispatcher was friendly and thorough. The service professional, Corey, was efficient, knowledgeable, informed and professional. He clearly explained the likely issue and how it could be resolved. He confirmed the cost and outcome.
I highly recommend this organization for your regular and emergency needs.

Went downstairs on a Friday night to discover a leaking water pressure reduction valve. Being it was late on a Friday night, I didn't have much expectation of a company being responsive. But, Just Better Home Services exceeded my expectation. They would have come right then, but I didn't think the leak was bad enough and that Saturday was quick enough. They did come Saturday morning, as promised, at 8 AM. JB did a great job, including adjusting the pressure. I highly recommend Just Better Home Services!

First time using Just Better Home Services. Will definitely use again. Corey came out to fix my garbage disposal Corey was professional knowledgeable and very courteous. He was kind enough to answer all of my questions and provide the other services the company handles.

On Friday, April 26th, we lost water to the house. After calling one company, which I will not name, and being told the soonest they could come out would be Monday, I called Just Better Home Services and placed and "emergency request".

Later that day, a technician arrived, identified the problem, which was a leaking pipe from our Well, and fixed the leak. This should have restored water to the house. Since water pressure was not sufficient, the technician check and identified that our “well pump” needed to be replaced and gave us an estimate for replacing the “well” pump.

On Saturday, April 27th since we still did not have water, I contacted Just Better Home Services and accepted the estimate to replace the “well” pump. Later that day, the same technician arrived with and assistant and replaced our “well” pump … this job took 6 hours … and we had water restored to our house.

Just Better Home Services staff and technicians did an excellent job and they will have my business from this day forward and I would recommend them to any one that needs service.

First time using Just Better Homes. I was impressed by their customer service when I called to schedule an appointment. The lady I spoke with on the phone was prompt, friendly, and efficient in scheduling an appointment for our clogged kitchen drain. Our tech J.B. was the bomb!! He knew exactly what to do, how to do it, and got it done; all while taking great care and respect in our home! He was also down to earth, easy to talk to, and provided valuable insight on how to maintain our plumbing needs, i.e. drain enzymes that fight off grease buildup.
I highly recommend Just Better Homes and if they take requests, ask for J.B.!

Making an appointment was easy. Plumber Corey was prompt, professional, polite, and explained everything so I could understand. Would highly recommend. My service was done on a Sunday evening and am very pleased with the repair of water line in a closet. NO more leaking.

Our toilet was clogged very badly,( probably due to our four year old putting something down it that he wasn't supposed to) after trying to unclog it ourselves without success I called just better home services. They sent someone out the next day and he was able to get it unclogged for us at minimal cost. I would recommend them to anyone.

My experience was very good with this company. Called them early one morning they called back very quickly they had someone wanted at my house the same day quickly. Billy who was the service gentleman did excellent job explain things to me when I was asking questions. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you so much for your service.
