Apollo Grill

I had their fresh grilled chicken salad. It was fantastic. They make their own Italian dressing, and you can tell. Service nice staff. Not super busy while we were there but a steady flow of customers.

This is near my house and I can't tell you why I haven't come in a while. There is a nice selection on their menu. The owner has always been there when we come. I wanted something light, so I went with the chicken ka-bob plate. The chicken was so juicy and flavorful! It came with a warm pita, cut up in quarters and rice, Greek potatoes, and a salad with Greek dressing. I thoroughly enjoyed. My husband had the half grecian chicken. Usually, the breast wherever you go is dry. This was soft and was dripping with juice. Not just juice on it hiding dryness, but actually juicy. His fries were fresh and crisp and did not have that oil taste. You could actually taste the potato. We love the atmosphere, it's calm and surroundings just feel peaceful. I highly recommend to put this in your regular rotation of favorites!

one of my favorite restaurants to get wings and fries, let alone a good corn beef sandwich 🥪 with pita bread on the side. they got all kinds of yummy choices for any and everybody

I've only eaten here once so my rating is based purely on the deliciously fresh and crisp Greek village salad (with added chicken) that I ordered for takeout. The dressing that comes with it is a homemade Greek vinaigrette that pairs perfectly with the feta, olives, and fresh peppers, tomatoes and onions. It also comes with grilled pita. This refreshing salad was everything I wanted and expected in a village salad, and perfect after standing out in the sun working on this 93 degree day.

Its always nice to see that time hasn't changed the quality of the food in a place. I hadnt been here in a few years, I was hoping that covid didn't taint this place and I was happy to see that it didn't. Ordered the Golden Turkey with a side of fries and a ceasar salad to share with the hubby. The food was soo good and the salad was fresh and crispy just the way I like it. The prices were decent and the cleanliness was on point. All in all it was a good experience and we will definitely be back.

A common spot for me/us. Attend as often as realistically possible. Usually get the same thing so it's routine. Food is always good! To-go food is good too 😋

Burger with garlic bread and wings was my highlight of visit. I was not disappointed

Best Greek salad in town. Lettuce is crisp, dressing is excellent and they are generous with the toppings. One of my favorite Lombard restaurants!

I’m sorry I waited so long to try this place. I had heard good things. Got the whole Greek style chicken and it was excellent, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Also got the Apollo burger with corned beef on top , very good , good bun, large beef patty a good portion of corned beef cooked perfectly. Girlfriend got the Perch dinner and said it was excellent, big pieces of fish. I thought it was a lot of great food for the cost. Definitely going back. 5 stars

One of my go to places for lunch. They Greek village salad with chicken is my usual order but they also make delicious, juicy burgers. I like the 1/4 quarter lb burger with their Apollo sauce (like Big Mac sauce) and a side of fries. Honestly they have a big menu to choose from and there’s nothing I have tried and not liked.

Has so many choices of food from sandwiches to sea food and regular grill food ! The only thing Abt the Italian beef it wasn't as proportioned in meat compared to Portillos for example.. Great service and lots of seating to your comfort! Will definitely come back to try other meals !

Our group of 14 walked into Apollo Grill 2 hours before closing time. They handled our orders with no errors and no stress! One guy on the grill and one at the register. Food was fabulous and served to us quicker than any full service restaurant we visited that weekend. Thanks much ... we appreciate your cool manner handling our group while the tornado warnings were blasting!! :)

First time at Apollo, I had ordered the NY steak meal with fries and garlic bread.

The steak: cooked well but still very juicy and explodes with flavor. I really enjoyed it.

The fries: perfect thick cut fries, like the ones you used to get when you were a kid at the local diner. Very good fries.

The garlic bread: Now it’s what I like to call the perfect garlic bread, perfectly toasted on the edges and has a great flavor profile in the middle.

And also very polite service, definitely check this place out for some tasty food! Will return👍

This place is amazing! I have been eating here since they first showed up in Bensenville! They kept the recipes and memories alive when they moved. Flame grilled burgers with their special sauce is my go to always, literally use the sauce on EVERYTHING! Local small business that blows BK out of the water! If burgers aren't your thing try anyone of their other options ranging from burgers to comfort Mediterranean dinners! The gyros are phenomenal also! Always prepared fresh and with a smile!

There gyros are excellent; order an extra pita and their gyro plate is easily two to three meals. We really like their Village Salad - no lettuce, large sliced vegetables with a great house dressing. Awesome carrot cake - huge slice easily shared. Spend $25 to $30 for two meals and a carrot cake and you will take home enough food for five to six meals
