My pup lets me do his nails at home, but my foster pup just does nonstop zoomies after I do one of her nails. I've been taking her here for a grooming appointment every month and she gets her nails done no problem. They actually said she sits there like an angel. Today I saw their free pup playtime and I'm excited to check that out. The girls in the grooming section are wonderful and I've never had an issue with my pup's nails being over trimmed or anything bad happening.

This is our go to place for our 2 Huskies. Staff here are terrific. They do a good job of greeting us when we come in. Many of the staff remember our dogs from grooming. Staff are very helpful in getting us the things that we're looking for for having trouble. We go here for grooming, to pick up treats, to get training for the dogs, and even for their shots. The addition of vetco is really nice. We've been shopping here since 2016 and have never had a bad experience.

This Petco has a lot more to choose from than the one on cotton ln. (Or petsmart?), but still.. this is the only one I will be going to from now on. They were really nice, clean, organized, and they had things I haven't seen anywhere else. 100/100 definitely 🤯😍🤩

Went to Vetco to get my dog her annual vaccine. They were organized, friendly, and very patient with my dog. My dog didn't want to take her vaccine orally. After 3 vet techs holding her down, she took it. They were patient and nice and gave my dog the time she needed to relax.

I always have a great experience at this Petco! The employees are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Whenever I need crickets for my bearded dragon, they ensure I get exactly what I need and offer helpful tips on care and feeding. The store is well-organized and clean, making it easy to find everything I’m looking for. Highly recommend this Petco for excellent service and a great selection of pet supplies!

It’s Extremely FRUSTRATING to place an order for Pick-up. Just got a new puppy and wanted to her all her accessories for Grooming, Training, Chewing, Bed & Travel. The app crashed on me 3x after accumulating several items and having to go back in to gather all again I did that 3x and I’m done. Save the time and effort you’d hope to save while utilizing the pick-up feature and just go In-Store “In person” or just go a different direction. Sorry Petco as much as I love ya I’ll be headed a different direction for the love of my pet.

Very Friendly staff and knowledgeable. We took our time to make a decision on the products we wanted. The wait time to purchase our items was under 5 minutes. You also earn reward points with every purchase. We also use their Vet services for our fur baby.

KATHY did an outstanding job! She called me several times to go over exactly what I wanted for Poppy, which I highly appreciate. Poppy is a shy, nervous girl but I knew she’d be in good hands with Kathy. My girl came home happy and energetic, she’s usually scared and upset after the groomers. I’ve been trying to find a groomer just like Kathy, and I hope I never lose contact with her!

10/10 I highly recommend booking with Kathy!

Attention to detail is something I always notice, and I’m endlessly grateful. Her paws are nicely shaped and trimmed, her ears are the same, very neat and tidy. Kathy also made sure to blend the fur on the back of my dog’s head seamlessly with her shaved neck. My girl looks beautiful and she is feelin herself, she’s so confident now, lol!

We shop here for dog food and supply’s for our dog. We even took him when he was a puppy for a puppy class which was great to introduce it pit bull to other dogs to help him be social with other dogs. The trainer Jeff was a nice guy and very knowledgeable with answering our questions and helping with our new puppy. The class went well and the trainer and people here were supper friendly and helpful which we appreciate. They have specials from time to time where we can get a coupon off he dog food. Out last dog we fed science diet to this puppy we have been feeding blue buffalo to. He seams to like it a lot. All in all it’s been a great place to shop with friendly staff.

Sarah was very helpful and knowledgeable. She really went above and beyond to help us with our boxer pup! Great customer service.

Came in hoping to find pet rats, but left with a ferret instead due to an amazing employee making my girlfriend and I fall in love with the idea of a ferret. We were unsure at first but after reassurance, lots of talking, and lots of tips we felt we were ready to adopt our first ever pet, Po. The employees name is Kit and she earned herself and the store a 5 stars!

I had my Border Collie groomed. They dis a great job.

I brought my bearded dragon to Petco and she turned a pretty color, meaning she was really happy there.

Jojo was super helpful from the time she answered my questions over the phone to when she helped fit my dog for a gentle leader. She even helped track me down when I left my driver’s license at the register. All of your employees are super helpful and Jojo has excellent customer service skills.

All the departments are in much better shape and cleaner than other Petco locations I've gone to, making it my "go-to" store. I have yet to have an issue finding someone to help me, and anyone that I have interacted with has been very helpful and pleasant. They also have an an excellent selection of fish, reptiles, and other small animals. Additionally, although I haven't needed the service yet, the grooming department does look nice and they have a pet hospital in development at this location as well. Keep up the great work!

I enjoy spending my time here whenever the new fish shipments come in. Even though you sometimes see sick fish, for the most part it can just be blamed due to the limitations of the aquatics specialist. The staff are passionate about the animals they care for, and I believe they do the best they can.

The grooming staff always treats my little Liberty well!
