If you know what you're getting yourself into, you won't be disappointed! I ordered on the app, my food was ready in a timely manner, and the employee at the window was friendly. what else can you ask for from a drive through!

Nice young man in the drive through today. Very pleased with his customer service and his kind smile. Good for you young man. You make the restaurant a good place to come thru for a quick bite. Food was good and order was 💯. 5 stars. 11/30 around 4pm. Didn't get his name but he should be recognized for the wonderful drive thru service.. Burley Idaho store.

I placed a mobile order via the app and they were very quick to give me my food. Almost zero wait. Also, the app has great offers to take advantage of.

I don't eat at Jack in the Box ever because of having bad food once like a decade ago. But I went the other day in Twin Falls and I liked it so much that I will go again more regularly now. I hope the employees at this location are proud and keep up the quality of service and food. Also very quick service. (Unlike the Taco Bell in my opinion)

Staff was super friendly, I had to make sure I was in Idaho and not the deep south. I called "Honey" several times. It was after noon, but I still ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich and with a little taco sauce, it did not disappoint. The paisas were also eating breakfast for lunch and that brought a smile to my face. I also noticed that as soon as people left their table, someone was wiping it down. Very nice.

It's my go to when I need a quick bite to eat. You can't go wrong with the two tacos through the Jack app for $1.05 including tax. The prices, like most other places, have noticably gone up quite a bit on burgers and meals.

Food was good, guy at the window was polite. Received what we ordered in a timely manner. Only complaint is we didn't get any napkins with our order which would have been nice.

Wonderful place to get a bite to eat. The service is quick and professional. I am able to get something 24 / 7 . Can't beat that!

I love the new 25 piece mini tacos, great for snacking and 6 bucks. Yahoo! Comes with three different sauces. Customer service is outstanding. That in itself is amazing this time of year.

I like the night crew. They talk to me every time I go through the drive thru, and are nice. Also, this is the only place that's open through out the whole night to serve burgers in Twin Falls. The night workers do a good job.

Great parking, good drive thru, the menu has a little bit of everything, but it's done well. They are open 24/7 and the perfect place for a midnight mini Taco run!

They were open at 3am and the food was still good.

Tried a new breakfast sandwich. Never had the onion rings either. Right on!

This location was very busy. My order took a little long but I didn’t mind because the drive thru was packed and I could see they were working very hard to get their orders out. Very nice, professional, and the young lady apologized for the wait, but again I understood. It’s Jack in the Box, of course it will be busy!

They forgot my tacos but when I went back I was able to get my curly fries for free that I decided to add and another taco. Thank you jack n box staff yall are great!!!!

Fantastic! Fast, friendly service and the food was hot and fresh and tasty. This place is obviously consistently good,too,there was a good crowd in there enjoying their meals for 9 o clockI was surprised to see them so busy. The roses outside are beautiful too. Just a step up from other jack in the boxes.

My family & I love jack in the box! We visit twin falls twice a year and that is one of our favorite places. We don't have jack in the box in Utah I wish we had it in Ogden Utah

LOVE JACK'S!!! GREAT FOOD SERVED QUICKLY & HOT!!! THEY MAKE SOME OF THE BEST ICED MOCHA!!! Yes! There are places that can't even follow instructions as to how an iced mocha should be made, sadly enough. Just wish my Mom were as CRAZY about Jack's as I am. (She has her empty excuses for that.) I hope those who haven't given Jack's a try, will. & I hope they find them as enjoyable them as much as I do!
