Very professional in every aspect. Sun Sun is very skilled and and knowledgeable. When she feels where the tension is , my case neck to shoulder, with stretches and pressure Sun Sun worked out the tension. I walked in discomfort and when left the tightness was gone and was able to turn my head without the tight feeling I had.

And the shop is very clean.

Also I did not have any trouble at all in communicating with Sun Sun. While doing the stretching and massage she would point to parts of my shoulder and upper back and say the anatomical name of it. I had no problem at all understand. With a smile and a giggle she said “ I have been blessed with good hands but not good English”. So on top of an excellent massage that will leave you feeling very much better you can enjoy a great sense of humor.

The masseuse has a very wide verity of knowledge and does her best to have you better before you leave.

Thank you Sun Sun! I was in town on vacation and woke up with terrible back pain. After trying to find openings at a few places I called Ephrata Massage and Sun Sun fit me in that same day.

She knows her stuff. As soon as I laid down on the table she knew where my pain was and got to work on it. This was not a spa day, it was triage and she was meticulous in addressing the issues.

Yes, she speaks broken English. No, it does not matter. Just be patient and kind to her. She deserves it and is there to help. She kept saying two things to me. “Bad English, good massage.” and “I don’t have customers, I have patients.”

If you can accept those two statements, you will be in great hands and glad you showed up.

Always a great experience. She is skilled in her technique. Temperature in the room is always comfortable and clean. Would recommend to anyone who has tight sore muscles. Give me relief when I can’t get a appointment with my chiropractor.

I’ve been abusing my body by playing intense sports in my 40s as well as sitting too much in my office. She was able to figure out my problem areas without me telling her and was able to provide me the relief that I needed. Just the right amount of pressure. The deep tissue is not cheap for the area, but my body needs it.
P.s., I saw a couple of bad reviews because her English is not that good, to the point that she keeps apologizing for her English. I was able to communicate just fine w her. I think those people have that “small town” mentality when in comes to foreigners if you catch my drift….

I had major back pain and went to Ephrata massage I was late but still was treated great , got a great massage . I will say sun has broken english but is a sweet woman and really try’s to communicate. All in all a clean facility fair price and great massage👍

Very conscientious gal. When I visited ETM I was in desperate need of deep massage for my back, I’d falling off a ladder…. She worked my back to decrease inflammation by getting the blood circulating….friendly and good at deep massage, very strong.

I got an hour-long deep tissue massage and it was WORTH IT. My back had been so tight and I had this horrible knot in my left shoulder, and I left feeling so relaxed. Definitely coming back every week for the next month to fully recover!

The best massage I’ve ever gotten. I’ve been going here for about 4 months. At least every other week, sometimes every week. I suffer from migraines and since I’ve been going here, I’ve only gotten 1 migraine, that same day I made an appointment and my migraine pain vanished. This is by far the best place. Yes, you will feel sore the next day but it’s normal. “No pain, no gain” is what she tells me every time and it’s true. The language barrier is a little hard at times but I don’t prefer a lot of talking during my massage anyway. What matters is, she can feel my pain, she knows where I hurt and when I leave, my pain is gone. Love this lady!❤❤

She was very, good very professional, gave an excellent massage but I feel like I was ripped off. I went for an hour it's supposed to be $60 an hour I handed her $65 and she informed me that I owed her 20 more dollars for the oil she used on me the bill for the hour was $85. I will not be going back.

As a Medical Professional myself, and a person who is a clinical instructor in radiation oncology department I stand proud with my endorsement for this one women massage institution. She is extremely strong. I normally get deep tissue massage from males because I have a lot of problem areas and most therapists can not massage 120 minutes at that type of pressure, but she can and she does! She works very hard and i am more than impressed. I am living in Seattle, WA and travel often! I know how hard it is to find a really good massage therapist! Reminder, I normally get 90-120 minute massages every other week in Seattle! This place is conveniently located at 17 N state st in Ephrata (half a block off Main St) and half a block from Ephrata Keystone Villa , where my parents live! I had a two hour massage today! I will fly home to Seattle on Thursday feeling Rejuvenated! I have been visiting this place for a few years now and I booked a 120 minute massage for my twin brother who is a harder worker for UPS. He’ll probably love me forever for this gift ! As for the negative comments claiming language barriers and rudeness, shame on you. She has google translator and tries very hard in learning English . A little patience is welcoming and virtuous. You get an awesome massage for a great price!

No one and I’ve been at 20 different masseuse over the last 20 years and there is no one to this level of deep tissue massage ….and believe me I have a lot of pain and muscles that are tied in knots that she works so hard on untying I don’t know how in the world she does it ….very well worth the money sorry to disagree with the people that are caught up in their self and afraid to admit , they may be the problem …. And I too heard about the weight I was carrying in a good way but I did something about it …. ( I lost weight ) and the turkey I was carrying around , I lost …..and my back feels 100% better .. 10 out of 10
