Food is really good and fresh, prices are a little higher than other places. Everything is fresh through.

I had a good experience here and delicious food! Walked in and was helped soon by a friendly worker. No wait, (but it was a Monday afternoon.)

The manager named Megan is threatening me with disciplinary action if I do not leave a 5 star review to get the reviews back over 3 stars. I am doing it to avoid punishment but let people know.

Hey, if they ask if you want something mild, medium, or hot... My son usually does pretty good with hot, but will consider medium next time. Excellent time and fun atmosphere.

Food is fantastic. This wait everyone is talking about is only on busy nights. Staff is polite and good at their job, I only got my food 5 minutes late and it was because of the sheer amount of food people order. If you want your food on time on a day that is normally busy, it might be best to just order with 30 minutes accounted for a possible wait.

Best chipotle in Lancaster. They actually season their meat unlike the one in Lancaster city.

***There is an authentic Mexican restaurant about a mile west. Tacos El Gordo. Much better than chipotle but I understand everyone likes supporting cooperate america and not the family owned business….

Normally, I would leave a note with a manager, but in this case I felt that the world should know that Amber deserves public praise.

This is for Amber who was working hard to serve the orders and cashier as the line piled up. Amber handled the orders of the two customers ahead of us and ours by herself. I was able to watch her meticulous hygienic handwashing after she had to step aside to take care of something in the back kitchen. Although it can be stressful to hustle through the tasks by oneself, Amber did it and was exceptionally kind in apologizing for the wait that was not her fault. I told her she was doing great and her manager should know about this.

There were two other guys at the time cooking and handling prep, they were working conscientiously and cleaning. Praise to them too.

This place has just opened and I am glad Ephrata has one! I guess there are going to be some hiccups, but I would rather have kind, hardworking people in training making my food as they will get better with time. Repetative work is easy to train, but kindness, cleanliness, a friendly smile, and hard work are not something that can be easily trained.

By the time we left, the line increased substantially and more workers came out to help.

My cooking is not the best, but my loving family is patient with me; but I am not so patient with myself so I eat at Chipotle. Hopefully, the loving Ephrata community will support this new operation and cheer the staff on with kind words and patience.

By the other reviews I was nervous to come here, but I love Chipotle so gave it a shot anyway. Glad I did! Great experience and staff was friendly! I'm sure they'll work out any kinks the longer they are open.

I have been to this chipotle several times and it has been excellent very time. One time there were out of guacamole but The worker named Turk handled the situation amazingly and had great costumer service. Great food, great service great place

Food was delicious. Service was a little slow but they just opened and they are getting used to things. Once they get everything figured out they will have no issues at all. So glad there is finally a chipotle in Ephrata.

Great customer service. We stopped going to the fruitville pike location because they were regularly out of ingredients and had poor customer service.

Very good. One time they forgot to include my coke in my order so I called and they gave me a free burrito! 🌯 Cool place.

Great quality food, got a custom burrito with guac salsa sofritas rice and cheese, everything was very fresh, and very friendly service, I felt very welcomed!
