Jessica is a wonderful massage therapist! I had a lot of shoulder and back pain, and felt instantly relieved after our session. She was very intentional with my specific needs and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend her and I plan on returning!

Received a gift certificate for a massage at Knots in Knead at Christmas. The building is tucked out of the way and looked a little shady from the outside, but Jessica’s directions were spot on. Jessica was friendly, professional and gave a great massage. Her room was calm, clean and very relaxing. I will definitely go back!

Booked massage for my welder father, who's elbow was tight from overwork. He had difficulty straightening it for the past month. Jessica was very sweat and pleasant to talk to. She professionally went over all the important info and made sure my father knew her process and was comfortable from the start. My father thoroughly enjoyed his massage! Jessica took the time to work on his problem area and even followed up at the end to ask about how it was feeling. (A lot better!) That's what a professional is supposed to do! Jess is amazing. I love every session that I have with her. She adapts her techniques to what my body needs. Jessica is a true healer! Her hands are magical. I've been getting massages all over the USA for over 20 years. I can tell when a therapist has that healing energy which makes a massage therapist truly fantastic. You can feel in her massage that she loves her profession and cares about her patients.

Jessica, the therapist, used multiple modalities to release her knots and even took the time to explain how cupping worked. The atmosphere was very relaxing and she liked how Jessica made her feel at home and really listened to her needs before the massage.
