We ordered pizza from the Meridian location this evening. We had an issue with ordering via the call center and the general manager Alex was beyond amazing and helpful. He was so patient, understanding, and took full accountability for something that was no fault of his or the location itself. Thank you Alex for showing our family that there is still strong, honest, and caring customer service in our town. We will definitely be ordering here again soon, and I cannot express how grateful we are to have been treated so nicely. Thank you to Alex and your team for working so hard!

absolutely love this place … alisha, jen, and hayden presented me when i came in to get some breadsticks - 10/10 customer service from all 3 of them, and definitely 10/10 on the food, probably my new favorite breadsticks, love getting food from a place with awesome people ! will for sure be visiting this location again.

This is a five star review for one reason only, outstanding customer service. Ordered delivery the other night, the not so user friendly online ordering system quoted an hour. It took much, much longer. Safe to say I was not impressed. Upon contacting customer support the issue was resolved with ease. I appreciate the GM reaching out!!

These people get my order right all the time. As a fast food restaurant, that is impressive.

Don't get me wrong. I'm not bashing fast food. I'm just saying that they work well under load and get the job done well, quickly, and efficiently.

Always an economical winner for the family whenever you don't feel like cooking. Highly recommend the Cowboy or if you like white sauce get the Garlic Chicken. Coupons always available if you keep eye out for them.

After trying several pizza places, I went to papa John's. I have not eaten a pizza from this place in 12 years. I was pleasantly surprised. Pizza was great, service was good.

My order was delivered quickly and the driver was so nice! The food was also delicious. I'll definitely be ordering again!

Above and beyond. We have ordered from here several times, today I got there to pick up an order that was supposedly ready. It turns out it got lost, which is interesting. They were apologetic and professional, they made it right and then some. It's becoming a rare thing for someone to admit a mistake but even better they made it right. Thank you

Love this Papa John's! Good food, always fresh; better than the other pizza places in the area, even Papa Murphys.

I work nearby and frequently order pizza for lunch. All of the employees have been exceptional to interact with and the pizza has been great as well.
