I love my new hearing aids. Dr. Kim Rudolph and her entire staff are wonderful. They explained everything so that I made an informed choice.

Excellent organization. Kimberly is professional. knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. The office administrative staff person was efficient and my appointment was on scheduled. Highly recommend Kimberly to process an efficient hearing test and evaluation.

Our experience at Garden State Hearing & Balance Center, Inc. was beyond expectation. The office is run like a well oiled machine. Each staff member, led by Dr. Kim Rudolph, was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We were given plenty of time to ask questions and review the hearing aids. The office was so nicely decorated and by the time we left we felt as if we had made four new friends! Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

I am very grateful to Dr. Kim and her staff for the very positive..professional and caring treatment I have received from them during my experiences into the world of hearing aids...I know I couldn't be in better hands!!!!!!!and the best part is now I can hear so much better....especially the very soft and high pitched voice of my little 7 year old great grandson...which to me is Priceless!!!! Amazing experience at Garden State Hearing & Balance!! After hearing about their great service from a friend, my father-in-law and I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Kim Rudolph. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt comfortable and knew we were in good hands! The staff here is so kind and Dr. Rudolph made sure we had a great experience. She educated us on hearing loss, showed us different styles of hearing aids, and helped us feel confident in our decision. My father-in-law loves his new hearing aids, is doing so well, and claims that she is one of the most caring doctors he has ever had. We cannot recommend this place enough!

Always treated with great respect. We are listened to and issues are taken care of on the spot. If it can’t be fixed in the office, a loner hearing aid is provided while the hearing aid with the problem is being repaired.

The staff and the doctor were top notch. We actually drove up to this office quite a distance having read some of the prior reviews. They definitely take their time, they are thorough and are very caring. Overall excellent. Highly recommend. Excellent office for my moms hearing needs. Wish we could duplicate in other states.

Dr. Kim is thorough, professional, and innovative. She hooked me up with size 6 cones for my hearing aids & they are much more comfortable to wear. Ann Marie at the front is super helpful too. Highly recommend this team!

I had my 6 month follow up with Dr. Rudolph and everything went well. I needed an adjustment to the size dome in my left ear. That was taken care of and all is great.

Dr. Rudolph is kind and professional. We are still making adjustments, but so far so good.
