Best Buy

The staff at Best buy are wonderful. They're always relaxed no matter how many people need help. They can multitask. I went to where I bought my phone's and have my Wi-Fi through this company. I brought my phone to this company and they said they could not transfer any info to a new phone because my phone was. I went to Best buy and within 15 minutes the phone was working perfectly. I highly recommend Best buy. And this is just a tiny part of the store.

Best Buy is the place where I've bought all my appliances and anything dealing with electronics. I have bought a refrigerator, a stove, a laptop, an iwatch, and a printer in the last two years belonging to the good squad that has given free setup and a longer return policy. My laptop crashed,l ( not the one I bought), and they charged me for a new hard drive but nothing for the work itself and the transfer of information. One thing goes wrong, and it covers the geek squad fee. It's absolutely worth it.

About a month and a half ago I ordered a Samsung refrigerator from Lowe's. They told me it would be delivered in a week and a half. It was rescheduled and back ordered four times since the original order. After getting a phone call last week saying it wouldn't be here until January I canceled the order and went over to best buy. I asked if they had the refrigerator available and they said that while it wasn't in that store they did have it in their warehouse and it could be delivered within a week. I was very reluctant because of what I went through with Lowe's but they assured me that they would not do that and Isaiah even went the extra mile to speak with management before placing the order. With absolutely no issues at all my refrigerator was delivered today, less than a week since I went and ordered it. I could not be more pleased with the store, the workers, or how they do business.

Just used Best Buy's audio installation service for my 1976 Triumph TR6. Not your usual car and some of the parts that I purchased online didn't quite fit - but Nick went the extra mile to install the radio and speakers. He's a rock star! And, even better - a very reasonable price.

Best buy employee Zach went out and beyond to help me find a collectible figure in the back storage room. So I highly recommend Best buy in manahawkin.

We love this bestbuy. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. As soon as you walk in, someone is there to greet you and ask you which department you need assistance in and after you tell them they actually radio someone on their microphone to assist you. In a time of a pandemic when no one wants to help let alone be at work, it was never displayed with any of the employees at this particular location. We come her to buy our TVs, speakers, Mac accessories, etc. I definitely recommend stopping in to this bestbuy if you can to receive exceptional service!

Went in for a prepaid phone for my small business. I never had one or knew what to look for or how to activate it. Angelo was extremely helpful and went above and beyond customer service and support for me.

I used to love coming here for all of my electronic needs. Staff is sparse and there is never anyone in the cell phone department for help.

Its a best buy what should you expect? I had great customer service. I asked one question and walked out knowing things I didn't even know I needed to go. Always my first choice for my electronics.

Came in to figure out Xbox stuff for my boyfriend. I have no idea any Xbox things and Laura helped me understand everything. She was so friendly, sweet and took the time to get me all the answers I needed :)

The geek squad is always there to assist. They're very prompt at noticing that you have walked in the door. If you are looking for something or need something they are right there asking you what you need. They are well trained and assist you with any of your electronic problems from your computer to your phone or anything else that maybe you have bought within the store. Every time I have gone there, they have helped me with very little wait time.
