Arby's

I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich combo. It was good and the curly fries were hot and fresh. They have really good tea. The place was clean, and I noticed that all the tables were clean. The condiment dispensers were all full, napkins, etc.
The staff were very nice, friendly and efficient.
Overall, we had a nice relaxing lunch.

Went through the drive-thru tonight.
Ordered a number 4 and jalapeno poppers.
The person who took our order was kind, the person at the window was also kind & the food was fresh.

They serve the sacred cow and the sacred fish!!! It is just terrible. Beware lest you eat one of your own relatives!!! Just kidding they are on par with all the other Arby's, pretty good food at a way better price than McDumkophs!

Great food, you could tell it was fresh. We got happy meals and even though the toy was too old for my 2 and 4 year old they Enjoyed their meal of chicken nuggets. The three pieces of fish I got were Lightly breaded and very good.

I love everything about this Arby's. Everything was filling. We were so full. The food was hot and my chocolate milk shake was fantastic.

Delicious, just took a long time in line at drive thru. It was dinner hour so I get it but still need to be in and out if it's truly going to be fast food.

I would just like to give a heart-felt thank you the Employees at Martinsburg Arby's. I had to put my dog to sleep today at 1:30 and we left about an hour before the appointment so I could drive him around and buy him a sandwich. I was a HOT MESS. The line was a little long so I went inside explained to them I had limited time with my dog and they RUSHED his sandwich hot and fresh. The girl behind the counter gave me a hug and the young man made sure I got my dogs sandwich quick. They were so kind. I was just openly sobbing like a crazy women and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate them being so kind and quick so I could be with my dog and give him a nice drive. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. With all my heart.

Food here is always super good. My dad is a pretty big fan of Arby’s and always has something good to say about the food. Whenever we’re ordering through the drive thru, the service is friendly almost every time.

I always get the Greek Gyro meal and it never disappoints. Such a delicious option. Amazingly, it's never crowded there, so I'm in and out during my lunch break.

Arby's doesn't get enough appreciation of how yummy their food is!! My order (which is pretty specific and picky) always comes out right, and I get more than enough toppings. I tried their loaded curly fries for the first time, and I loved them! Service was fast and efficient! Keep up the good work.

I have not been to an Arby's in years. I was pleasantly surprised. The Brisket sandwich tasted like something a grill master made. The chicken wrap tasted like a fresh deli sandwich. We will definitely go there again!

Not a fast food kinda guy. Yummy, warm food and no mistakes (constantly) in my order...they always include extra sauces or ask if you would like to have. Thank you! I do not rate any fast food until visiting multiple times. See ya'll in two weeks. Here in WV frequently and stop here before heading 81 north to the Burbs of Philadelphia.

Wow!!! I stopped going to Arby's here in Martinsburg because they were always rude and always got my order wrong. I went in there on a Monday and had an order for 7 different meals. They redeemed themselves! They were well organized, very kind, and got our food out in a timely manner. Everything was prepared as asked. Nothing was forgotten and everything was fresh! Please please keep up the awesome work and I will continue recommending this Arby's thank you!!!

I love the hush puppy battered fish tenders. Everything I order is tasty and worth the price.
