Charlie's Italian Pizzeria and Restaurant

I had lunch here today and the food was excellent. New England Clam Chowder at Charlie's Pizzeria and Restaurant is an absolute delight for seafood enthusiasts. Served piping hot, it boasts a creamy texture with generous chunks of tender clams and perfectly cooked potatoes, all delicately seasoned to perfection and not being too heavy. It is must-try for anyone visiting Charlie's. I would say it’s the best I’ve had in New England.

I also had their classic Caesar salad with Seared Scallops. Item was not on the menu but I told the chef that’s what I wanted to eat and he was kind enough to whip it up for me. Each scallop is flawlessly seared to golden perfection, creating a crispy exterior while maintaining its succulent juiciness within. Paired with crisp romaine lettuce, tangy Caesar dressing, and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, this salad offers a symphony of flavors and textures. The seared scallops add a luxurious touch to the dish, elevating it from a simple salad to a gourmet masterpiece. It's a refreshing and satisfying option for those seeking a lighter yet indulgent dining experience at Charlie's.

In conclusion, Charlie's Pizzeria and Restaurant not only excels in traditional pizza fare but also impresses with their delectable seafood offerings. Fantastic pizza one of my favorites in the Candia / Deerfield area, great service, good seating inside, bar, Television sports on. Nice atmosphere!

We ordered for opening day and wow! Food was absolutely amazing. Steak tips are mouthwatering, juicy, tender and deliciousness in every bite. Shrimp in the Panzenella salad was grilled to perfection and the salad was topped with pickled red onions and and homemade croutons drizzled with a balsamic glaze, just magnificent. Buffalo wings appetizer sized just right and a french bread kids menu pizza that my son devoured to its last bite. Service was super friendly and helpful. It was a breath of fresh air to walk in and be greeted with a smile. The atmosphere is family friendly and the seating area is beutuful and simple. I just can not say enough about this place other then you must try it out for yourselves. What a nice little addition with big taste to a small town.

Saw this place opened and the photos of all their food looked delicious. Tried out the pizza tonight and it was excellent. We picked it up and brought home a Ceasar salad, lrg pepperoni/sausage pizza and a sm. Special pizza called Hot Honey Rancher. Place was small about 9-10 tables mostly full at 6pm on Friday night, small bar. Couple large screen TVs. We will definitely be back for piZza and more! Ole Blue Eyes approves

Favorite of mine. Glad to have it here in Deerfield! People and service are wonderful but doesn't help if the food is not up to the task. Thankfully, Charlie's food is great from pizza to pasta to apps and specials.

Charlie’s never disappoints! The newly renovated space is such a beautiful upgrade. The staff are welcoming and lovely. We’ve had so many wonderful meals, including the best pizza we’ve ever had. Our most recent meal was an Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl, which was amazing! Definitely give Charlie’s a try if you haven’t already! You won’t be disappointed.

10/10 would recommend to everyone. Friendly, fast, and overall fantastic. We got there and there was a line of people waiting to get in at opening. We were quickly sat at a table, no wait. The employees were attentive and welcoming, checking on us frequently throughout our meal. The food was phenomenal. Charlie really knows what he’s doing in the kitchen! The menu had something for everyone! We had the taco pizza and fried mushrooms. Both were excellent! We’ve tried taco pizza at other restaurants and have been disappointed. This pizza was perfect! We will be back to try out the rest of the menu!

We have been driving past this place for years, never knowing we were passing on a gem of a place. Excellent menu, great prices, superior service, and a full bar. We'll be back again soon! Steak and cheese was exceptional, you could taste the aging of their flat top and it made the steak taste even better.

My first time here since Yanni’s left. The interior space is a big upgrade (even though we did take out, I would happily eat in)! Our house special pizza and Caesar salad were very good. It’s definitely nice to have a homey local pizza/restaurant back in town again.

My second visit here: Truly enjoyed it. One exception - no option to order a side salad with a meal. How strange is that? I got the broccoli/zucchini mix instead that was perfect.

We've only done delivery, but this is the best food in Deerfield. I really enjoy the pizza here. It's great fresh, but the real positive is how well the crust stays in the fridge. A lot of other local pizza joints use the Greek-style crust that turns into a rock in the fridge, while Charlie's crust maintains (and reheats) extremely well.

The one slight disappointment I had was with their chicken parm calzone. I prefer the ones at Nick's or Louie's. It's hard to pin down what needs to change without knowing the recipe, but there was definitely room for improvement. But they're still new to town and a hugely welcome addition overall! Highly recommended.

Been here a couple times. Food is excellent. Service is prompt and friendly. Can't wait to go back and try different things. Fried mushrooms were on point.

Best meal I’ve had in the Deerfield area! Highly recommend. Great service, food was even better than it looks in the photos. Portions were very generous too. Went on a Wednesday at 6pm and there was no wait to sit at the bar.

Nice place. They were bombed when swe went in, and there was only the bartender to act as a And she needed roller skates to keep up comma but she was very good comma food was great, definitely will go back.

Love Charlie's. Foods incredibly good. Pizza is loaded with toppings, fries are on point, and the atmosphere is a family-friendly ""bar"" kinda thing.

I’ve tried quite a few things on the menu and have loved them all. The most surprising was this months specialty pizza with waffles, chicken, candied pecans and maple syrup drizzle. I wouldn’t have put that combo together in a million years but I’m so glad someone did. Delicious!!
Staff is always very nice and attentive. I also love the clean and laid back atmosphere. Keep up the good work guys!

Charlie's is not just your average local pizza place. IT'S WAY BETTER. I should be a shareholder; I order weekly here. The Taco pizza is excellent. The specials are great, and the pizza is delicious. Nice little bar to have a drink while you wait for an order or while you eat there. Owners are friendly and nice.

Great food, large portions, great selection and great price. I ordered delivery and love the convenience. Remember to tip the delivery staff to pay for their gas so they keep up the service in our small town!

In small town being the only pizza place you would think why try. But they do. Have eaten here 4 time every time it's great.
