North Jackson is always curtious, and exceeds the service level of any mechanics I have worked with. They listen and come up with the best solution. They even add preventive insights when they come across them. Johnathan is great to work with.

Have been shopping here for years. April is absolutely the !bomb! for her great customer service, and she’s always nice and helpful. I own a commercial vehicle - I get tires, tune ups, oil changes, and everything else here. Unlike one Ford dealership who will remain nameless, North Jackson Tire gets me in and out on time - even when I have to wait! And if I have to leave the vehicle, they call me when it’s done…. Unlike the Ford dealership we now avoid.

Engine trouble alarm on my 2018 Chevrolet Colorado over weekend. Took it in on Monday with no appointment. They diagnosed the alarm and completed repair by Tuesday noon. Very professional service and repair cost. We have always purchased our tires and had vehicles oil changes there and always satisfied. This was first auto motor repair and very satisfied.

I was on the road recently and had a flat. After trying two other shops outside the area, I was referred to North Jackson Tire. It added another 15 miles to my trip but they had the tire I needed so that I didn't have to drive home on the spare. It had been a long and frustrating day and I was still almost two hours from home. They were able to help me out, got the new tire installed and I was out in less than 15 minutes. I'd give them six stars if I could just for getting me back on the road again! Very nice people and crew.

One of the best tire shops in town Mr.Honey and his crew are fast efficient and very knowledgeable! Always a pleasure dealing with them, the receptionist is such a doll.

John Ferrell is my next door neighbour and I needed tires for my car. He made sure and ordered the tire best suited for my car without "breaking the bank" He made sure I was happy with the service and yes, my car rides smooth as ice now. I was in and out in about an hour and a half. I highly recommend North Jackson Tire Auto Service Center to anyone and everyone. He also checked my windshield wipers and no, I did not need them replaced.

After living in Tullahoma for two years I grew tired of paying the expensive dealership prices for repairs and maintenance. I went to a local yard sale and met one of their mechanics who worked at North Jackson Tire Center and recommended I give them a shot. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and rotation and April and Johnathan, their two service techs, were very professional and friendly. I then had them repair a wiper pump which had broken and they charged me a very reasonable price for the repair. I'm glad after two years to find a local dependable auto shop and highly recommend you see them for your next service or repair.

The best kind of people work here! I came into their shop today very stressed after getting a flat on the way to a wedding out of town. They ensured me they would help me make that wedding and really went above and beyond to help me. Thank you North Jackson Tire Auto Service!!

This place has the best priced tires around! Their mechanics aren’t afraid to show you exactly what’s going on, and they definitely do not haggle you. They are straight to the point and very knowledgeable. Plus their front desk lady is the absolute sweetest!

Always incredibly friendly and helpful, with fast and reliable service! Went in to check on a possible leak coming from a new tire pressure sensor and found out it was actually a nail! Was patched up and on my way in 20 minutes, hard to beat!

Dest clerks were fast & called garage to give me a time to wait so I wouldn't have to sit forever. Worker found & fixed tiny hole in tire that I couldn't find. All employes were very courteous & professional.
