Coastal Ear, Nose and Throat

I had made an appointment online that was about 2 weeks out. I ended up having worsening symptoms and call the office to see if they could get me in sooner. The receptionist got me in the next day which was awesome. I saw Dr. Francesca DiPaola, who was really thorough with her diagnosis and treatment plan for me with my condition. Would definitely recommend this practice to other friends and family.

Francesca DiPaola was amazing and so pleasant to speak with, she is very approachable and explained everything with kindness and patience. Would not hesitate to recommend Coastal Ear, Nose & Throat!

Getting an appointment in response to an ear issue was very easy. This was specially significant since I had never been to their offices. There was almost no wait time in the office for my appointment which was very professional and spent extra time explaining the diagnosis and treatment.

Dr. Francesca DiPaola was wonderful! She explained my condition to me and took the time to help me learn the exercise to help me with my vertigo! Also I really appreciate that I was able to schedule a visit so easily! Highly recommend this clinic.

Came in for a problem I was having …. The receptionist Kristen was so nice and patient with me ! The provider named Francesca was also amazing !!! She Made me feel extremely comfortable , even when I’m usually super anxious at doctor visits …. She provided me with helpful information that I didn’t know, and she was also super nice ! Thankful for coastal ENT - I willl definitely be using them for all future visits .

I was able to get an appointment quickly with Francesca DiPaola, MPAS, PA-C. The office was comfortable and clean and the office staff helpful and polite. Francesca is knowledgeable, caring and friendly and went over everything with me in detail. I’m very happy with the overall experience.

Great Doctor's, Nurses,and support team. They treat you like a close friend. They explain in English we can all understand. My ears have been a problem for a long time ⌛. I go back every 6 months and in 15 minutes I am 👍 again 🙃. Thanks 😊 again. If you have hearing problems, this is the place to go. Old fashioned service. 😃

I arrived on time filled out some easy paperwork & seen the Dr all within minutes She was very nice, easy to talk to, Great Place I'd definitely recommend it to someone looking for a ear nose or throat doctor 🦻👃😵

We had a great experience, The doctor was wonderful and very informative, very pleasant. The staff were great as well. The office and rooms were very clean in which I love. If you are looking for the perfect place, then Coastal ENT is it.

I have seen Dr. Francesca 2 x recently. Very pleased. She is thorough, caring, and explains what’s going on. She did not rush me at all, as with previous Drs there.

My mom had a small emergency in her ear. Even tho she was a first time patient, they gave her an appt within days. Super great staff, wonderful PA!!! Thanks for the great bedside manner taking care of my mom and fixing her problem!!!!

I just moved to the area, and did not have an ENT. Called Coastal because I thought I had an ear infection. They scheduled an appointment the following morning with Francesca DiPaola who was very thorough, and recommended a followup visit to make sure everything is ok, after recommending some foillow up tests.

I was taken on time and was well treated by the entire staff.

I had an exceptional visit today, o was helped in more ways than I thought possible . I will continue to use Coastal as I have for many years . Kudos to Francesca. She’s the absolute best!’
