This morning my laptop wouldn't boot up. I am new to the area and I had no idea where to go. Since moving here I like to patronize local small business and found this company had some good reviews. I went in when they opened dropped of my computer and by this afternoon it was fixed. I needed a new hard drive and Mae did such a wonderful job, I lost nothing. I assume I would have lost it all. I love this company and would highly recommend them. The price was awesome and they are wonderful people. They even offered to help me find services when I needed things done with my house. A great local business with a small town attitude. Love them....Thank you both

My computer wouldn't boot. My neighbor recommended Mackendrick. Their techs had it running again the same afternoon and even did a little more than expected. The cost was exactly as estimated. Would I use them again? You bet.

I urgently needed a certian type of power cord to complete my computer set up before I left for vacation and these guys were so incredibly helpful and went out of their way to find me one hidden in their stock. I saw the used computer add in the gold panner by Mackendrick Computers. I call them to ask about a used computer and I explained what I wanted. He had an issue with the fact I wanted Windows 10 on it. He proceeded to tell me that I needed Windows 11. I then tried to tell him about the issues with it, which are on the internet, and why I did not want it. He said “bull that cannot happen” and hung up on me. I was a computer engineer at Intel Corp. for 20 years and I may just know more about computers than he does. My experience has been that someone who things they know it all, really does not know much at all. I will not be doing business with these people and I do not recommend them.
