Order was correct. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Great spot to stop before getting on 95.

Stopped in for lunch. Clean restroom. Quick service. Hot fresh ground was served to us.

You say it's just Wendy's? No, it's actually FAST food. It's always hot and fresh and FAST! I LOVE how they bag each meal separately. I can be the driver and hand everyone their own meal, it's awesome.
Each time I get someone different in the drive-through, they are always courteous and helpful! We love this location and each time we are in the area they get our business.
My wife has been inside to use the bathroom and she says they are clean and smell fine.
The lobby appears to be clean.
To the employees- thanks for your hard work, you're doing a great job!

P.s. don't even THINK about removing spicy nuggets again!

Has a Interview for manager position in this location and I have to say having over 25 years experience in different fast food chains and corporate and franchise stores this is store is honestly Extremely Clean and Very friendly staff I am truly hoping to get this Job 🙏❤🙏 I literally am praying for it. You don't come across stores specifically off a main highway like 301 Waldo area that due to location alone so it's automatically a busier store then a average wendys and walk in and it's spotless no strange smells no trash anywhere floors swept and this was literally towards the end of lunch rush. So I am so throwing out fist bumps to the Management team and Team members on a Beautiful Store! ❤🎈🎈🎈💐👏👏👏👏🤩💯👊👊👊👊

It was first time at this location. Quick service, friendly staff and the burger meal that I ordered was the best I had in a long time from Wendy's. Would definitely make my routine to stop the for lunch more often.

Spicy Asiago was just right ✅. Fries were crispy as guaranteed. 6yo Son said his burger was good and customer service was great

I cannot express any more of how fresh my food was! The fries were hot, fresh and salted to perfection. My burger was juicy and made just right. And who can go wrong with a 50¢ you small frosty?! My meal was very enjoyable and it would return to this store.

The fries were nice and hot and fresh hamburger was not dry but fresh especially for 8pm did a great job

Good service. This is now my favorite fast food chain. The best salads out of all the fast food restaurants, also their new French Frie flavors are really good too. The biggest plus is for our Gluten Free/Friendly people you can order burgers with leaf lettuce in place of buns or just without a bun and it is served in a covered container.

Went through the drive thru, food is was as normal hot and fresh. Service through drive thru as normal excellent

There food was fresh & hot. The drive thru cashiers were so pleasant & prompt. Our order was repeated for confirmation & delivered with a smile.

I saw all the low ratings, read the reviews. I said to myself, "what can be so bad about a Wendy's?" We decided to go and see. A young man, Nicholas, came to let me know they were out of griilled chicken was I okay with their regular or spicy fried chicken. He was very polite and accommodating to me. I went back to the counter to get the pecans for my salad and a cup for water, Debbie helped me with a smile.
It seems that the problem with this Wendy's has been multiple GM's at this store, lack of corporate support, and likely little or poor training. Thus the trickle down of poor performance and attitude.
I suggest that the citizens of Waldo and surrounding communities get behind the people working at Wendy's. These are your family, friends and neighbors working everyday to survive. Show them some love.

Love the staff. Super friendly Wendy’s and amazing hospitality. We walked in during a storm and they held the door open for us so we wouldn’t get too wet and they took care of us during the storm. Thank you Wendy’s.

Had a wonderful experience in drive thru, hot food, friendly staff and smiles all around. Young man named Trez handed out my order in a timely manner and asked if I needed any condiments to go with my meal, young lady named Niya made me the most delicious mixed strawberry and chocolate frosty. Thanks for a wonderful meal guys!

Nice clean Wendy’s just off the road with a big gas station next door. Sarah took our order and was very helpful. There is room for large RVs and trucks behind the store. We travel in a 42 foot motorhome and this place will be on our list. Wife had a delicious baked potato.

Stopped there on way to Charleston SC from Ocala at first I was optimistic but boy was I wrong to think the worst crew was young and very professional polite and respectful something I haven't experienced in quite awhile manager and employees need to be recognized as examples of Wendy's will be my preferred stop here on out good job guys
