Coming from a construction background, I write this having a great deal of past experience. But I also now have very high expectations when I am building a house for myself. Waldmann personnel (office and field) all were exceptional with their communication on my project. Waldmann personnel and their subcontractors were also very professional in their performance and craftsmanship. I do not typically write Google reviews but I as a business owner felt compelled to support this well run construction operation. You will not be disappointed with what Waldmann builds for you. I know someone who asked for an estimate in July and has yet to get one. I would never use or recommend them.

Horrible experience.......Deposit provided, and even after many many meetings over a two year period, drawings and a definitive price was never provided. It was only after we decided on a different builder that there was action. Terribly disappointed.

Thank you for your response, however, the pre-construction agreement was not the problem.
