Love this store, they have great selection and the staff are super helpful. Javier was super helpful, he got me a little extra discount on an Arturia Synth I bought.

The guitar selection is top, got to try a couple of cool guitars and amps, they also have a really cool rack where you can try a bunch of pedals.

Also watch out for used deals, there are a lot of used gear for great prices.

All the sellers are so kind, I called them many times for some doubts, and allways helped me, specially Randy.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. A great place to find everything you need from a variety of guitars, drums, keyboards, accessories and much more. I had my guitar strings replaced, with a new strap and they did a great job. They support all military veterans by providing a discount with proof of ID. I highly recommend this Guitar Center location.

Went to redeem a gift card. Found a sweet sounding Mitchell 12 string guitar on sale $100 off. Service person was very helpful and found me a good used case, saving me an additional $100. Very happy with the whole buying experience.

So I don't normally leave reviews, but Randy was so patient with me and so friendly ! From the day I first saw this guitar, to the many times I asked to see it from behind the glass display throughout the months, to the day I finally purchased it Randy was there to help me.
It was seriously like a journey for me and that sales person was there to help me every step of the way. He flat out helped me pick out my dream guitar. He went above and beyond! Extremely knowledgeable and down to earth guy.
I bought this guitar from Guitar center apposed to just going with the usual choice of sweetwater or reverb solely for the fact that I felt like Randy was being genuine with me.

The best experience with my purchase and the help was just amazing. The manager Pablo was able to help me with the purchase and Javier the sales associate help a lot, especially finding the speakers I needed it.I would highly recommend this store and to even better experience talk to my for ever friends Pablo and Javier.

My grandsons take guitar and drum lessons here. I've been along when their mom and dad bring the boys in. Everyone is very nice and there's a great selection of instruments.

Disclaimer: I haven’t had the pleasure of shopping here in person. That being said, I had a mix up with an online order for a used cymbal that had already been sold at this store. The store manager, Pablo, was extremely helpful in getting me hooked up with a similar product from a different store and went above and beyond to make sure I was getting what I needed.

Open Sundays! Great establishment. Visited for the first time today, 9/4/22. We were not sure where anything was so we asked for help. Gentleman at the counter came from behind the counter to show us exactly where the things we needed were located. That was excellent customer service in my opinion. He was very helpful and polite. They have alot of cool things but not alot for Orchestra; whatever they dont have in stock they can order for you. I would definitely recommend this place.

Bought a Washburn cheapo guitar, to knock around with. Plays nice , sound not so much. But I like it! Folks were nice at GC!
