My man Fernando helped me out after 2 weeks of bad experiences with dealers and private sellers. I even had a problem with the car shortly after leaving the dealership. On multiple occasions before the sale he told me if there’s ever a problem to call him and we’ll find a solution. Fast Forward to day of sale problem, he said the same thing and followed through with his word. Fixed my issue and I was back on the road. This is the second vehicle that our family bought. My daughter bought a car when she turned 18 just over a year ago the staff at the dealership were very kind and helpful. My son who turned 18 went into the dealership and test drive three vehicles and found a jeep he fell in love with. We bought it and He is so happy with his choice. Fernando the owner and Dan treated us like family. I will definitely return when I am ready for a vehicle in the future.

Although I was unable to purchase a vehicle at US one auto group I would highly recommend it to anyone to staff there is incredible especially Taylor who went above and beyond to help me in my trials with an automobile. She is a one in 1 million excellent addition to the staff I would highly recommend them because of her. I felt as though she became my friend and never changed her character whether I was buying an automobile or not, she is someone that I believe anyone would benefit for having in their employee they have beautiful automobiles and are willing to work diligently to satisfy your customers I thank you Taylor and US one automotive.
