Rogers Towing

This is one of the best towing companies I have ever had a chance of working with. Each staff member I came in contact with whether it was in person or over the phone were super pleasant and helpful and provided amazing service. Really want to give a shout out to Johnny and Dwayne and honestly all the staff there because again everybody that I came in contact with help me in my situation to the best of their ability which is rare working with some tow truck companies, but they definitely show that they care and not just another company running a business. so thank you again to all the staff there.

Roger's is caring n as fast as they can get to you they can n the men who come to your rescue do it with dignity n respect. Having you car stranded on 95 can put you in a panic attack but all the drivers and dispatchers are there for you. Even in the heat of Florida summer they show up with a smile n knowledge

QUICK, professional, friendly, experienced workers! I had to use their service twice in one month and had a different employee each time, both times an excellent experience! Phone is answered right away by a person and you get a quote instantly. A+ all around.

We were locked out of our car when the autolocking system failed. My first thought was to get it towed to my auto repair facility. However, Justin gave me a better option by climbing from the trunk into the passenger area and manually unlocked it. I don't know why I didn't think of doing that, but I didn't. It was a good learning lesson for me should this situation arises in the future.

Thank you so much Justin for getting me on my way in rapid time and cutting out that trip to the auto repair center. You could have taken the easy way out and towed the car. I'm grateful that you took a little extra time and fixed my problem on the spot.

The Rogers tow trucks are so very cool as each driver has his name printed on the cab. It reminded me of the Maverick "call sign" on the Tomcat fighter jet in the movie, Top Gun. The name displayed on the cab is very professional and excellent marketing. You feel like you know your driver immediately. Stalled or wrecked vehicles are stressful situations, its nice to have a friendly, named face helping you out.

Excellent commercial tow company. They got to us quick and even helped us find a local truck owner to take our load to the delivery location so we kept our broker happy. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. Believe me....a step above or two steps above the norm. Definitely recommend! Thanks.

Recently had some car trouble this past week. Roger’s Towing was assigned to pick my vehicle up through the insurance agency. I got picked up by the same driver both times. Jason was a phenomenal guy. Very courteous, faster than projected times. All around great experience in the middle of a not so great experience. If I need a tow again, I will definitely use this company.

They are a great towing company. Very reasonable and arrived quickly.

I've used Rogers many time throughout the years and the service has always been excellent. Last night was exception, Within the hour, driver Brandon was on scene, with a fantastic attitude and determination to get me running. He stuck with it and made it happen! I’ve lived in the area for nearly 25 years. I’ve used Rogers for every tow need I’ve had in all those years-a tow, locked keys in car or a flat tire.
They are always kind, professional and quick to get to me. I’m a question asker about all things and the drives all patiently answer my questions about how it all works when they put my car on tow truck.
I’ve never bothered to try another company because I’ve never had a problem with Rogers. Just had to use them last week as I demolished my tire when I hit a curb. Driver arrived in 20 minutes and I was back home with car in 35 minutes or so.

I used this company when my Mom's car broke down on the highway. A timely response, fair rate, and an efficient driver made for quite a relief in a stressful situation. Cannot recommend this company enough! I won't use anybody else.

I woke up to a flat in my garage. Rogers Towing was at the house in less than 20 minutes. Bryan was wonderful and put on my spare in no time. After he left, I noticed black marks in my driveway. I thought this was from the jack being pulled to the garage. Bryan came back out to check the problem and I found out the marks were actually from the spare tire and not the jack after all. Bryan was professional and informative. This is a great company to work with if you need a tow etc. They follow up and care

We needed a tow called AAA they put us in touch with them was very pleasant showed up on time our guy BRIAN was so nice ! Told us where our car was headed meet us at shop made sure we were ok. Extra thanks to Brian good luck moving forward! They can use more guys like him doing service !!!

At 6:07 they said it would be 1 to 1.5 hours for the car to be picked up. At 7:35 we were in the parking lot at home. We loved the fact that they were on time. The driver was personable and knew his stuff! He took excellent care of our car. I highly recommend Rogers towing and will not hesitate to call them if I need them in the future.

They were fast and professional. Explained the process to me and was easy to understand how to release my car.

I have used Roger's Towing almost exclusively for over 23 years. They are the best. Fastest, reasonable, honest decent people.

I've had my car towed twice by Roger's and the service was very timely and professional. They are a AAA contracted towing company. Both of my tow truck drivers were friendly and professional. Driver Gibby especially gave me great general advice regarding my vehicle. I would definitely recommend them.

Got a flat on I95 at the start of a 2day trip. Rogers responded through AAA and did a very thorough job of testing the spare, changing the flat and even helped us get the luggage back in the trunk. Recommended the safest route to find a tire repair location and got us on our way. Awesome experience for a difficult situation.

I called them today to have my truck moved almost 100 miles. I expected to have to wait but they had someone out in maybe an hour. They took photos before pickup and after drop off and where very nice on the phone. I am extremely happy with the service and will use them again. Thank you Ryan for the good work.

I was stuck at target with my kids in the car,I called dispatch and the lady on the phone was very helpful and had a driver there within a hour!Driver was very professional and friendly and had a clean truck,very polite as well,fair price and great service!Would highly recommend!!
