Stacey is the friendliest clerk ever. I love my mail carrier too I think her name is Cindy! Never have a problem.

Everyone is friendly, mail is promptly put in my PO box. The actual mail person at my home mail box is trash, but that's why I have my po box.

I have had 100% great service from our post office in Marion, Iowa! I appreciate all the employees and everytime I have called about something they have taken care of it quickly and were so polite on the phone. Thanks go to each and every one of you...I appreciate you all and your services.

The staffs are amazing and really helpful. They offer you what you need and not what they have to sell to increase the sales. Awesome!

I had sent a package to my family who were newly in their house. Was surprised to get a notification that it was undeliverable. I called the postmaster and was told that the postman did not have a new resident card...which was in the box. Imagine my delight when my son called to say the package was delivered later that day. Nice that they fixed their error. Very impressed.

I frequent this Post office with my service 🐕‍🦺 and I've never felt like I am a charity case or incompetent. From my observation the employees are very welcoming and patient with their patrons..

After reading the previous reviews, I'm shocked...I recently moved to Marion and have had nothing but a smooth, courteous and professional experience with Kelley and my postal carrier.

Key was stuck in package locker. Called the local Marion Post office and the packages were retrieved and on my doorstep in less than 15 minutes.

Every time I go to this location I've had exceedingly good customer service. Even when we moved away and I accidentally shipped a package to our old house.

Ordered an item Saturday morning and received by Marion postal service Sunday afternoon. Awesome!

Nice staff, clean building, a little expensive sometimes, but still a great place.

On Saturdays, they are actually open from 8-10 a.m. Google, please update that they are closed. :)
