Lisa was so helpful today, during our call. She suggested something I hadn’t thought of and helped solve my problem. The kindness of others truly meant so much to me today. And also, to have someone answer the phone at a post office-this does not happen in Colorado!

Every time I come into the Hiawatha post office, the staff is helpful and friendly! Kudos to the team for great customer service!

Ms. Suzie, the clerk who helped me, really went above and beyond! She found alternate packaging for my small item that saved me $4 in postage. Thank you so much for your help, Ms. Suzie!!

Hiawatha post office is convenient. I like the location. Except there is one female there. That is always rude n very short. DOES NOT WANT TO GO OUT OF HER WAY FOR YOU. Older lady brown hair and has glasses. Her number is 6. I'm treated poorly anytime she's there. It takes everything in me not to be rude back. She doesn't deserve to work with the public. I wonder how many people she does this to. Today she just dropped two of my boxes in the bin. Instead of bending over and placing them in there. I know for a fact in there training. There not suppose to do this. It's time for her boss to get rid of her. She's the only one that acts this way.

I can not get through to talk to anyone! I been waiting on a package for over five days but it was sent priority mail @ 3 day 1. When I look to see where it is at it been sitting in Des Moines for the last three days!!! Why is that!! CS yeah can't get through to them these automated robots keep hanging up once I say customer service!! Please do better!! I really wish I had my grandchildren clothes!!! Not good very disappointed!!!!

Had a simple tracking question but they couldn't help because I live in Cedar rapids!!! I asked if they aren't all UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE employees??? despite being the only customer she was too busy & directed me over to another post office. Sure makes me proud to pay my Federal taxes

This post office loses more mail !! You can not count on them to deliver anything~~Just pathetic!!!
