What a breath of fresh air this store and the incredible ladies that work there were today. Plus, Gloria was icing on the cake bringing my basket to me. Such unique and thoughtful gifts. Plus, you learn and experience things we typically don’t see in your everyday stores. I can’t wait to go back and share with my family. Please support this beautiful store♥

On the suggestion from Omaha Foods lovers Facebook post I stopped here today in search of Swedish potato sausage. Walking into the wonderful store I knew I was not in the right place. But was created very graciously my two young ladies and two Furry Babies. All types of Scandinavian items were there. They do have a few food items like the cheese that I can never pronounce and lefsa, lots of candies. I I did get the cheese and a stick flip my own lefsa. I can't wait to go back when I have more time.

Five star hangout. Fantastic little shop for all things germanic and Scandinavian. Every niche filled with an item you will find nowhere else in Omaha. Top quality nordic items like Helle knives and Dale of Norway sweaters. Coffee and cookies while you browse the items. The young girl who was in the shop was knowledgeable of the stock and had a friendly demeanor. Overall, a fantastic place to visit. I bought a sweet viking longboat candleholder and linen dishtowel— and neither made in China! Amazing!

A beautiful shop with many surprises, treasures, and treats from Northern Europe and local artisans. The chocolate licorice from Denmark is amazing! Amy and her staff are delighted to help their costumers find what they are looking for and enjoy sharing their new arrivals.

Wow, what an amazing store! I came to visit as I was traveling through Elkhorn and I have to say that this place has a TON of quality items priced just right. While entering, it's a larger store than it looks from the outside and it contains anything you can think of that's Scandinavian. They offer quality candy/chocolates, clothes, kids toys/books, greeting cards, and hundreds of other treasures. This is not just a great store for Scandinavian items, I'm sure if you're looking for a treat for yourself or friends/family, you will find something here you'll love. Visit this store, you will not regret it!

I love their cardamom cookies, they are the best. Elin Prescott is an amazing young lady working there, she is super nice and helpful.

Just went here today for the first time and it was great! The selection for Scandinavian things was magnificent. No other store close has anything close to what they have for sale. The layout is great and the person running the store was personable and lovely to talk to. Left the store with way more things than we anticipated but no complaints here! For sure will be returning. Would recommend !

Absolutely love this shop. Although I'm Czech, I love all the floral European embroidery on the sweaters, hats, and other garments. All the home decor is absolutely beautiful and the food section has some great selection. Definitely recommend!

This place is an absolute gem! Charming little boutique in "downtown" Elkhorn with complementary Swedish coffee and cookies for you to enjoy while you browse. The owner will occasionally dress in viking garb and serve Æbleskivers (little apple pastries) right in front of the shop for anyone to enjoy. If you're looking to find something unique as a gift or just want something apart from the hum drum big box stores go give this place a look!

What a wonderful little shop. The owner was so sweet and kind. We stumbled upon the shop near closing time on a Saturday. We didn't feel rushed, in fact the opposite. I can't wait to go back. Thinking of a couple things I didn't buy (even though we bought several) that I just need to have. What a gem. 😊

We found this hidden gem after a pottery class down the street! We fell in love with everything there and met the nicest woman who made us feel so welcome. Can’t wait to go back and see what they have in stock for the winter!
