Disc Store

Love this place!! I placed an order that ended up getting lost in transit. I reached out and Sean was quick to answer my questions through Email. My main concern was how would they go about getting me another shipment, and Sean was incredible! He pulled my order again and informed me that we would give shipper 24 more hours to update. If there wasn't one, he would re-ship my order first thing in the morning and have it delivered with a different shipping company. That's customer service!!

It's rare these days to find a company that goes the extra mile for you, let alone does it kindly and respectfully. Massive kiddos to Sean for his ability to handle my concerns and do it quickly and keeping me in the loop the entire way!

I might have to wait a bit longer for my order with these guys, but I'll DEFINITELY be a return customer for how they handled my issue. That speaks volumes about them as a company! (And respectfully non of my issues were with the company...they were 100% with USPS) Disc store rocks!!!!

I ordered the misprint jerseys from the Disc Store. This was not the first time I’ve ordered from them, but this is the first time i received something different than what I ordered. I reached out and asked them about it and Sean McCoy was quick with a response and making things right. He shipped me out the correct order and was very helpful and professional. I will definitely continue to order products from them!

One of the best customer support experiences I've had. My first package didn't arrive on time so they sent me a new one, with international shipping at no extra cost. Plus, they refunded me for a coupon code I had that didn't work on the website. I'm sure I'll be back on their website shopping soon:)

I purchased the monthly subscription and it's been awesome! I had a payment problem ((my fault, not theirs)) and the customer service department was super fast and extremely nice! Would recommend them to any Disc Golf lover!

Absolutely fantastic company with responsive, human-centric customer support. Had an ordering issue (my fault) and Sean in customer service was there the whole way until it got resolved. I hope they keep this kind of service central to their experience!

I had a really great interaction with DiscStore's customer service recently when I was purchasing some goalty kits. They were really understanding and helped resolve the issue in a single day.

As far as the product, I've used these kits for years and they're basically perfect. Only thing is that I'd recommend reinforcing the carry case a bit when you get it.

P.S. if you're not already playing goalty, it's time to get on it. It's the best!

Not only are they the largest disc golf store in Nebraska, but they have the best customer service in the country. Best prices and widest selection around. If you haven't already, go check these guys out!

The disc store is my favorite place to get new discs. The prices are fair and delivery is fast. I once received a disc that was warped and they kindly replaced it for me. I recommend them for all your disc golf needs.

Sean, a "Customer Happiness Companion", and the whole customer service team made my day! I have been unable to find lightweight glow discs so I sent an email asking if they had any since none were on the website. Sean found 2, sent pictures & descriptions, and before the day was out, I had paid the invoice and the discs were in the mail. FABULOUS SERVICE! Thanks!

I ordered a basket for one of my sons as a Christmas gift this year.

Wonderful experience shopping at Disc Store. The Mystery boxes are so much fun and always a big hit with my daughter and son-in-law. I will be buying one for every birthday and Christmas. The selection of discs in this store is unreal. I was completely overwhelmed walking in this place. I walked out with more discs than I planned on. Very friendly staff as well. I'm from out of state and the man at the register was very kind and gave us his recommendations on the best courses in the area.

This is the holy mecca of stores for disc golf. They have every type of disc you could think of and some you can't think of. They even have a game you can play inside the store to locate Waldo (which I found) and win a prize. If your into disc golf you need to visit this place. You won't be disappointed.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! Great quality product even better customer service. They were very helpful from when I placed the order to when I received the disc. Great company to work with. 10/10 would recommend. Even with USPS messing up the delivery they worked with me to ship the disc to another address. PERFECT!
