Carlos, Anna, Marquita, Justin and the rest of the staff at the Gladstone Cash America Pawn are always fantastic. They are super nice, knowledgeable and fast. They will give you great prices for your items. Plus the store has a really nice selection. I've bought items and gifts there too. Highly recommend stopping in, there's new jewelry to see every time, electronics, firearms, musical instruments and more!

My experience at this cash America has been outstanding the employees are the best ever I love this location so much I’d highly recommend it to the locals and even if you have to travel it’s well worth the wait. Inventory always up to date and clean. Get with Carlos he’s totally awesome and he gives tips to help you get what you need.

I recently purchased a mini fridge from this store, it was super fast and everyone was very helpful and nice. Shout out to Marquita for helping me set up my profile so quickly. We will be back for more purchases!

Great experience here. Came looking for a gold chain after going to 4 other stores, and left happy. Didn’t feel pressured or like I was being “sold” at all. The store is clean and open, well lit, and welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful. Carlos listened to what I was needing and actually paid attention. I didn’t need it this time, but they offer layaway options. Great experience and I’ll be back.

I pawned a firearm here with an out of state license, and had no hiccups whatsoever getting it back before my due date. The man Mr.Justin helped me and made me feel like I was family. This is the best pawn shop in the KCMO area. Go here for all your pawning needs they are more than fair and give you the best price and the better business. Cash America pawn is the way to go!!!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Back in August we were a little short on "back to school" funds so needed to pawn an item. Carlos was absolutely fantastic! He was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. We were back in the store this past Saturday to get the item back and there was Carlos again, just the same friendly & helpful guy. While in the store hubby was eyeing a couple tools he wanted but he wanted to wait with it being Christmas. Well I popped in the store today hoping the tools were still there, (they were) and I had an excellent purchase experience with Ashley! She was just as friendly, personable & knowledgeable as Carlos! She recommended getting the warranty just incase, which I did since it was a snap on impact drill. I gotta tell you, I really don't understand the bad reviews for this store? (Purchasing a warranty for a used item seems like an automatic thing to do to me.) They have a good selection of TV's, tools, guitars, jewelry and other electronics. first time ever selling some thing at a pawnshop. This was a very delightful experience. Everybody that worked there was really sweet, it's got some groovy music. I don't know if this is the usual for pawnshops from what I've heard. But this place was great.

I’ve been coming to this location for about 2 years now and the environment is always so welcoming and friendly. I always look for different pieces of jewelry and the shop manager his name is Carlos, he is the best. Always helps me pick out the best jewelry! They were friendly, patient, and gave me a reasonable price on some items I wanted to sell. They also have a nice variety of tools, appliances, TV'S, jewelry, guitars, you name it.

Cash America Pawn has Smart TVs for under $40. I just purchased 2 of them simply because I couldn't believe it. The Staffing assured me the price was right and they assured me that they are going to have more until they run out. I can't hardly believe it. Besides the Staffing always treating me right, they just made my day with a SURPRISE BUY of two Smart TVs.......

Really nice great customer service

I love this place! They are all fun loving and greet each and every customer with a smile. I have been there when they've been extremely busy dealing with customers in person and on the phone (which can be difficult when the customer wants an itemized list instead of physically coming in) and they have shown every customer the same courtesy. I will continue to do business with them and I recommend them every chance I get.

I had a layaway here that I had been paying on faithfully. I was making my payments at the Wornall store because I fractured my foot and it was closer. Well as usual I attempted to make my payment and was told that I couldn't because the layaway was due out and that I need to go to the original store. Well apparently the layaway was canceled. The District Manager called and the layaway was reinstated. He was very professional. Impressed.

This place was great. I have been hauling around old DVDs and Blu Rays for years and decided it was time to get rid of them since I have every movie on digital. I was going to sell all of my movies on the Decluttr app but after talking with these guys they were giving me much much more for all of the movies. It was an easy choice to just take it to them. The guys in there were super friendly and have a great attitude.
