Firestone Complete Auto Care

I HAVE TO START OUT I DID NOT BUY OR PAY FOR ANYTHING HERE TODAY!! I ended up having a flat tire on my car which is a sport car with crazy sized tires. The manager there saw me there first thing this morning came out and asked me before they opened what he could help me with and he did he looked around for a tire to match mine. He found one but it would have of been an hour or two after the places that had them had opened. This location today opened at 7:00 am. He ordered the tire for me and I did inform him that I was going to call around to see if I could get it done right now. Well nobody could even get one same day other then Firestone in Monroe Michigan. I’m from Ohio so I called down to every tire shop in Toledo found one. When I informed the manager he wa just so kind and extremely understanding. And this manager I saw out pushing brooms outside and cleaning the outside of his location which was already very nice. If I ever need anything that first one can supply me with while in Monroe that’s where I’ll be going. If I could give 10 stars I would!!

I always use Firestone Monroe for getting my oil changed or car fixed. John always takes care of me and is very helpful and knowledgeable! As someone with very little knowledge of cars, he walks me through issues going on, what is important to be fixed right away and what isn't as urgent.

The mechanics at Firestone Monroe MI do great work. My car is always serviced properly. Also John White the manager is the best. Great guy and clearly explains the necessary mechanical work and pricing.

When it comes to repairs and maintenance, I trust them with my life and the lives of my family members.

these men are good mechanics. I very rarely have to come in anymore but when I do they are very honest about what I need. This is why I keep coming back and recommend them to everyone.

Had a blowout down the road and got towed here. They got me in quick, put on a good tire, didn't try to upsell me, tossed in a little wheel well patch and I was on my way pretty fast. All in all good service and I am satisfied.

I got new tires
The manager on shift was super helpful and seemed very knowledgeable about the questions I was asking him about my car that had nothing to do with my tires. I wish I could remember his name.

Quick and courteous service. They told me I was just low on break fluid which they topped off at no charge instead of telling me I need new breaks.

They made the whole process of getting my tire replace under warranty easy.

They were great. We had a flat at 4:30 PM on a Friday, and the guys essentially stayed late to look at the tire, which was not repairable. They did not have a tire of the correct size, and they actually called around and lined up a replacement at a local car dealership, even though it meant no business for them (I did end up giving them $20 as a thanks). Great service!

John is the best. Can not say it enough. He is the reason I keep going back.
