Issac was incredible at servicing my truck. The struts and shocks installed made the vehicle feel like it did 10 years ago. He treated me with the outmost respect and was very thorough with the explanation of the electronic inspections they sent to my picture phone. The staff is amazing and the shop is the cleanest I have ever seen it! Not a spec of oil on the ground.

Very nice, fast , professional and courteous. People in waiting room were talking about how they were referred, and definitely will go back. Knowing also they are owned and operated by their workers. Good people that explain what's going on and don't try to nickel and dime you. Even honored a coupon for me.

Best service I’ve ever had when getting new tires! I’m from out of town and currently working as an intern.
Austin at Midas Monroe gave me a ride to and from work while I was without a car for the afternoon allowing for me to go about my day without an ounce of worry!
The tires were originally going to be rather expensive, but the recommendation from Isaac saved me hundreds of dollars and ensured me that I was still getting a quality product (he was correct)

I dont usually take my car to any shop for repairs. Either i perform them or i have my mobile mechanic of a broski do it for cheaper with all the required certs. That being said, I have not found too many places in monroe where the employees are just as human as you are. I have never had a bad experience with this company. My usual services include but are not wholly limited too full synthetic m oil changes. This shop offered the cheapest a.c recharge in this economy that I've ever had with the price being 139.99. This establishment has always treated me with kindness and respect and earned not only my tips and trust, but my future bussiness as well.

Midas fixed a flat tire twice for me free of charge, so I thought I’d give them my business from now on out. I needed a purge valve replaced on my truck and they did a good job! I’d recommend them!

Really nice people. I took my car in for an oil change and being a female it’s always hard to take your car for any work needing to be done since most mechanics talk to you like you don’t know anything, but that wasn’t the case here. They were all so nice and didn’t try to sell me on things I didn’t want or need. Will definitely be coming back.

In the name of honesty, Midas gave me a discount off my oil change today to write this review, but I would give them a 5-Star Review anyway.
I started coming here after my last place didn't replace a valve correctly and would cost me $$$ to fix because I was leaking oil all over my engine; Midas of Monroe fixed the damage and did it for a reasonable price and with great communication through the whole process. That was over two years now, and my whole family and our fleet of cars go here for all of our car needs.
They're always honest, helpful, up front, and happy to help us out with any questions. When I purchased a new used vehicle, they were the shop we trusted to do a thorough check-over. And I appreciate that they don't try to up-sell products to me or make a fuss when I ask them to "call my Dad about that one"!
