Came to this mechanic with an emergency fix needed. At the time I did not have a mechanic I brought all my business to but Sam and his guys do good work. They have done everything from a transmission to a simple starter job on my daily driver. If you are in search of a trustworthy mechanic this is your spot. Pricing is better than any of the corporate car places in Monroe and they show you exactly how much they pay for the part and charge for labor. They get your car diagnosed quickly and keep you in the loop on any progressions. After several good experiences, I can say with certainty I would take my car no where else. 5 stars.

Sam and his crew are great. Not only professional they treat you as family. They have worked on numerous vehicles of mine and did a fantastic job every time. I recommend anyone that's in need of a mechanic to them. Again they do a fantastic job.

So I'm a bit late with this review but this had to be done. These guys are amazing I had a piece of metal in my tire causing a slow leak went here for a repair and they had me all fixed up in less than 10 minutes and wouldn't even let me pay for it! I definitely found my new repair and tune up shop from here on out! Thank you guys for everything!

Highly recommend. Had an engine replacement done on my f150. While the engine was pulled they offered to replace a bunch of other parts without charging labor which I thought was great and a no brainer. This was done a month ago and my truck is running great.

This place 10/10. Sam is honestly the best. I’ve been coming here with all my car issues and every time he exceeds expectations. Cannot thank this place enough for everything that they have done for my car!!

These guys are amazing. I had a part go out on my electric brake system and needed to hit the road to drive out west for a job within the next 2 days. We were originally told 3 days wait in the part. These guys made multiple phone calls and even drove out to Ann Arbor to get the part and had me back on the road within a day and a half. Legends!

Sam was awesome, I came here on April 3rd. I had called ahead of time because I was having issues with my starter. I am 8 1/2 months pregnant, and the vehicle that was acting up is the only one I own. When I called and asked them about a starter, they said they would be able to do it for me the same day, even though it was 5 p.m., without an appointment, because it was urgent and my car is my lifeline for me and my family. I highly appreciate the price, kindness, and urgency they showed me here at this shop, and I would recommend it to anyone.

The guys in the shop are very experienced and were able to spot the issue with my brakes right away. The owner is very professional, understanding and honest man. They found that I had lost one of the bolts from the front right caliber and installed a new one for no charge. We were back on the road within an hour and made back to Alliston, Ontario Canada the same evening. I would definitely recommend this auto repair shop to anyone. Thank you guys 🙏👍

This shop is the best place to take your vehicle too, I had an emergency situation and Sam took amazing care of my car. He got it done quickly and the most efficient I have ever seen. Thank you again Sam for your exceptional mechanic skills and your wonderful shop!

Great experience bringing my vehicle here. They were backed up with customers but still got the repairs done to my vehicle in a very timely manner, and I can see why they’re backed up. They keep you up to date with that’s going on, they’re very polite the entire team, and especially Hass being the main point of contact I had while my vehicle was there. I’ll definitely be going back for any other car repairs I need in the future.

Haas and his associates did an amazing job on our vehicle. We struggled with finding the right repair shop that could get the job done. Our vehicle is on the road again all thanks to these fellas. I totally recommend this shop and will be back to see you for all of our vehicle services especially the BMW. 🤗

I have had two years of knowing the owner Sam and Mechanic Jacob threw the quick lube next door. Sam is honest and fair through and through. He honestly tried to get you in and out on time. Jacob is also honest and knowledgeable. There are many new faces since Sam expanded the business and I'm sure they're all reputable guys. They all seem friendly and sociable. Sam is not gonna push something you don't need if you tell him what you can afford and that you need done as a priority. Sam's business is a very good staple in the community.

What a great place. Called this morning to get my brakes done without an appointment Sam got me right in and took care of everything. The service was great and the customer service was even better.

Sam and his team are top notch! I had electrical problem with my vehicle that nobody could figure out. I dropped my car off at 8am and by noon they had the problem diagnosed, by 7pm it was fully functional and I was on my way! Would highly recommend these guys to anyone! I was really concerned about where I would be getting my oil change and other services after Saad’s shop closed earlier this year. However, I have already brought two different cars to these guys on three separate occasions and they have been fantastic every. single. time. I really appreciate knowing that there is a place where the workers are nice, honest, and never the least bit condescending to me as a woman. I won’t be going anywhere else!

We were in a tough spot, coming from Dayton and our transmission failed. Monroe Auto Repair were courteous and went way above and beyond to get us back on the road. Highly recommend!
