My mother was taken to ER twice recently and had a great experience. Also was hospitalized and had all wonderful nurses and Dr. Who has been so amazing with healing her. Thank you!

We had to visit the Emergency room on Saturday due to my father falling and breaking his femur. Upon being admitted my father had a head nurse on the floor and her name was Alison. She was SO friendly and caring. Took care of my father like it was her own father. All the staff that came in and out of his room from Xray techs, to PA Cody, everyone was so kind and accommodating. I have not been to the hospital since I had my son 26 years ago, and I can see what huge improvements this hospital has undergone.

Thank you Marshall Emergency staff for taking care of my father during this very trying time.

Nothing but compliments for the nursing staff and Drs! Having had 2 emergency visits this year (March and May) and therefore 5 day stay each time. The nurses were fabulous! Met such an amazing Orthopedic surgeon that my Dr on call referred me too. He eventually corrected the problems I was having that brought me to the emergency center to begin with. Speaking of that, the emer. room staff were Johnny on the Spot with everything from getting me checked in to testing to getting in a room. Many thanks to Marshall Hospital for the wonderful care.

I've always recieved great care and every time Me or my family has had to go to ER we have been admited right away and noticed there was not alot of people waiting to be seen. Ive been stitched up 3 times and gone in for broken bones and dislocation of bones 1 time each. My husband went twice with the same results and now my father had to go.

So 8 out of 8 visits to an ER room with no wait and having our pains relieved in less than 20 minutes are great.
I've lived all over the United States in big cities and small. Marshal Hospital is off the rails with fast service and relief.

After one of my surgeries, an anesthesiologist even called to see if I was feeling all right the next day. Yeah I called Marshall Hospital the best. I feel fortunate to live in this area.

After reading some of the reviews for this hospital, I was extremely surprised. My stay was by far 5 star. From the moment I arrived in the emergency room, Kimberly, the RN on duty, was there for me. As usual the doctor is always the last person you see, but there were extenuating circumstances. The had been a multiple car accident on the freeway & five people were admitted in bad condition. Still I had a very attentive staff. From Chad who put the scuechers in my hand to Joe who put a cast on both of my arms to the kind people in x-ray & the CT scan dept., everyone was on their A game. Things only got better once I was admitted & was taken to my room for my two day stay. Talk about a tentative staff. Catherine the RN was first rate. I wish I could remember everyone's name, because they all deserve to see their name in this review. To top it off, Kendall, my physical therapist sent me a hand written card signed by all of the staff. Wow! That just doesn't happen in this day and age. I wish there was more I could do for all of you. Thank you all so very much.

Was received with genuine care and seen very quickly by very polite and professional staff. My five year old son who is terrified of hospitals was very at ease with the gentle caring staff that I would recommend Marshall Hospital to anyone needing care from health care professionals with a heart.

my husband Joe McClain was in this hospital several times and I have to say his stays were "great". The doctors, nurses, aids, house keepers were like a family to him. They gave him great care, They respected him and made sure his every need was attended to. He had special needs that kept the aids moving constantly to his room and no matter how may times he needed them they came to perform to his needs. I know this because I spent ten to twelve hours with him. They kept his spirits up no matter what the problem was and he had several. I can say for a fact that if a person needs a good hospital with a great staff Marshall is the place.

Thank you,
June McClain

If their was a zero star choice that's what I would have rated. Their are a select few who a decent however this place had a bad wrap. My mom died from a simple lung biopsy here, I definitely wouldn't trust my life at Marshall.

The most horrible service and bed side manner. Not to mention wait times to even be seen by triage. Then another 4 or so hours just to be told nothings wrong and to go on home. Nurses do not know how to care for patients. Doctors will you tell anything to get you to shut up and leave. Staff repeatedly purchase methamphetamine pipes with their Marshall name tags still worn proudly on their scrubs. If you want to live i suggest going down the hill to Mercy in Folsom.

Do not work here if you want to have insurance through your work. There coverage and pricing of coverage is straight up a crime. I'm looking into lawyers after my wife received a $20,000 dollar bills for a genetic test. Labs are upward of 1000$ for any basic lab. Literally if you pay your labs out of pocket they are cheaper! There insurance is a joke if we knew this going in we would have went to private insurance and still would have been ahead. Also they have very little doctors in network and the ones they do are months of waiting. So trying to go to any doctor as a nurse is basically impossible which again is a joke. So disgraceful what they do to there own employees. I told my wife to start looking for a job with a real company that treats it's people well.
