Allied Brass

There are many businesses out there that have no idea what customer service means. Allied Brass is NOT one of them. My wife and I ordered an item from Allied Brass through a Big Box store. When I saw that the item wasn't moving via the FedEx tracking number I reached out to the Big Box store. The Big Box store representative was friendly but not helpful. I located the website for Allied Brass and through email explained that my wife really wanted this towel bar for our master bath remodel. Using only our address the Allied Brass representative wrote back and tracked down where the item was located. Fedex had picked it up but the trail went cold there. The Allied Brass representative said they would resend a new towel bar to us and I received it within a week. How do you spell impressive? Allied Brass. Super company to work with. Thanks Allied Brass for going above and beyond.

Received today an expertly crafted Allied Brass towel stand with a perfect finish. It's a pleasure to place this high-quality, American-made product in my home.

These people work their employees to death. They have no air conditioning or heat. They regularly miss paychecks. Awful management.
