Nordstrom Rack

I was in a rush on my way to a meeting and needed a sport coat fast. Shirley dropped everything and was super friendly and helpful with everything that I needed. Definitely recommend her and Nordstrom Rack!

Spacious, organized and cleaner than some of it counterpart stores. There were plenty of associates working the floor which helped so much - thank you for that. My cashier Jose was so nice. The fitting room staff were so patient with all customers are we tried on a lot of items only to buy a few. The home decor section is small but really nice. They have classy holiday decor. The clearance footwear section is on the back end of the store - I’m so glad I stumbled upon this secret. Found Open Edit nude sandals for $15.00 🙌🏼 Their handbag and work wear choices is also really good. I will definitely be returning. Thank you NR.

Went there to buy some fall shoes and found some great quality and value booties. Sharon helped me during the checkout process with a great attitude and made sure my suede shoes were well protected for the ride. Will be back!

just the best place to get great deal on good clothing for low price. got to excited and got a Nordstrom card too. lol

Don't waste your time to find anything at this store everything over priced and bad outdated selections.
I was in shock for it to even be located in this area of Galleria and not have good new on the market fashions to offer customers who take their time to go shop there. I walked the whole floor only saw 2 tunics that were made by Umgee but they were older styles. I had seen those same tunics a few months back in other stores. This store looks like a high priced outdated outlet with all the fashions out dated. I go to Ross Dress for Less the next day hopeing to find some new trends and bingo found 122 pieces that cost only 1800.00 for all 122 items from tunics, dresses, maxi dresses, cardigans, tops, blouses.

Trent was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Last Week. We had a Friendly Conversation. He was Very Attentive to My items I purchased. He admired My Little Black Dress I was wearing. I CAN'T WAIT to come back Today So He can see My Hot Pink Dress & I have to tell Him that I'm going to purchase The Royal Blue one, as well!!!

Nice and cheap.
They have Hugo Boss, polo Ralph Lauren, Nautica, Michael Kors etc.

Nordstrom rack is a great place for shopping name brands for a very low price....check it out yourself in see what you will leave with beautiful in nice things again for a very low low low price have a good day

Was able to find everything I was looking for and more at a great price!! Sharon was ESPECIALLY helpful. Not only did she make me and my girlfriend feel welcomed, she also gave us some great information on taking care of the shoes we both purchased. She end up checking us out as well, and we left feeling amazing. Top tier customer service. Will be back soon.

This is by far the best Nordstrom Rack I have ever been to. It’s across the street from Northpark Mall, which explains why the selection is so good. The shoe section and the beauty section are awesome. You can always expect to find brand name items for half the price. The Shops at Park Lane never disappoints.

This store supposedly is for the high class citizen that makes a lot of 💰 money yet at this store there is vast variety of things at around 30 to 60 off of what they would normally cost.
I liked the carry on suit case, men's belt selection, the shoes section is tremendously good. Plus, there is still more stuff. Go check it out.

Haven't been there in years until today. They took their time and did a nice job on my SUV. You can stay in your vehicle during the wash or go inside. Prices are about what you'd expect. $10-$35 depending on what service you choose.

I called this location to find out about an item I saw online. I wanted to know if they had it at this location. I spoke to Brooklyn who was so kind friendly and beyond helpful she put me on a short hold to go and check to make sure they had it abd checked the price for me.. it’s hard to find good customer service these days and to have her be so helpful during store hours was amazing.. Karen also welcomed me with smiles. I live in uptown and there is a NR near me but because of them I will come back and shop at this store.. without a doubt.. kudos to Brooklyn and Karen.. NR is very lucky to have them on there team..

Much better than Burlington and TJMaxx. And don't get me started on Ross. All have been a huge disappointment these last two years. I guess Nordstrom Rack it is.

Great store with great staff. Rack is my favorite retailer to shop at due to their great items at great prices. The customer service is also superb and the employees are very friendly. While their selection may not be as vast, the items that they do have are great value, similar to Costco! ;)

Always have great merchandise and prices! They were so helpful in allowing me to purchase with my Nordstrom's account even though I didn't have my card with me.
