Never had any issues with Redstone, but I recently went there with a jar of change and was planning to open a checking account. The teller pointed me to the coin counter in the lobby. To my dismay, they charge 4 percent to use the machine. I could not believe they would charge customers to use the machine to make a deposit. Needless to say I used the machine and took the cash to Regions and deposited it into my checking there.
