Went in to fix a problem with unauthorized use of my debit card. Tykeesha was very courteous and helpful. Took less than 5 minutes to be seen and all matters on my account were done smoothly and quickly. Overall the best experience I've had with Redstone.

Went there for a bill of sale notary, Miranda was amazing, helped us through the whole thing and even got Xerox copies of the document for both the party involved. Very welcoming and courteous. I also like the security personnel at the entrance who greeted me every time I entered or exited the premises, which I have to do at least 3 times because I forgot something in the car.

Ashleigh Wilson, a mortgage loan officer, made our experience the absolute best. Our paperwork was filed quickly and working with Ashleigh was easy. The process was a breeze with her as our loan officer. She was friendly, bubbly, and knowledgeable. She can answer any question that you have. She was also easy to reach if you needed to contact her. I would highly recommend working with Ashleigh if you are planning on buying a mortgage. Ashleigh highly represents Redstone as a quality bank to do business with. Had to make several deposit today, and always like to come here because even if the lines are long( they were not today) they get you in and out pretty quickly. Love Redstone federal credit union. They're my favorite bank. Wouldn't change a thing about them. Highly recommend them.

RFCU is the place to go for any financial need you may have or getting a wealth of information for an upcoming purchase. You won’t get better rates, than at RFCU! They are responsive, knowledgeable and personable. Love them!

I went in to go and make some adjustments to my accounts, and let me tell you, the people who work here are trained right. I have many Cards at several banks, and have never received such hospitality. A young man with dark hair (Greg I think), was one of the most helpful people people I've ever met. Always great. Been banking here my entire life & they've never done anything to make me want to change. Constantly adding conveniences & making things more efficient & when I found a fraudulent charge on my account recently, they had it resolved & refunded within 72hrs. Pretty wonderful, as far as I'm concerned.

I don't usually write reviews especially about a bank, but Redstone Federal credit Union is by far the best bank ever. Anything I have ever had an issue with or situation with my account, they've resolved within a matter of minutes no-questions-asked hassle-free... now that's good banking.

Just had an issue where I had ordered checks and sent them to my old address. I called RSFCU and talked to Jeff who helped point me in the right direction of what I needed to do. He was very good on his word and immediately called me back with very important information that was needed. In a span of less than an hour Jeff had taken care of everything and made this whole experience so much less worse than it could have been! Definitely impressed with not only how fast everything was done, but just how I was treated with respect when I was the one who made the mistake. Thank you Jeff, you are awesome!!

I go here to conduct business when needed. It can be a hit or miss depending on the timing of the day. Nevertheless, it's a reliable Federal Credit Union.

If you have ever felt as if no one cared. These people do. I have had some very bad days, some days that I felt as if I was just here, and those types of days when you felt as if no one cared about what you were going through. Thanks to my call center representative and Kim Hodge; I was able to go and get what I needed to help me. I suffer from diabetes, adhd, anxiety & depression at the age of 29, and it was that one phone call that pulled me out of my river of tears and sorrow. There will be no amount of stars I can give you for what you did for me today. Just know if I could give you all the galaxy I would.

Red stone is the place to bank with they have one of the strongest fraud departments I've seen it's awesome! ---- the staff there are friendly and most helpful and their loan products are priced extremely fairly.
