Blue Lake Resort

Blue Lake Resort is amazing! The grounds are very well kept and clean. It’s so peaceful here and there is wildlife everywhere. They offer many toys to choose from and have a fish cleaning station. Its family run and the owners are absolutely rad, very friendly, and accommodating. Our cabin was spacious, updated, well kept, and clean. This place provides all the amenities needed to ensure a wonderful time in this majestic part of Washington. We can’t wait to relax here again!

My family and I recently stayed here in July, we got both the experience to stay in the cabins and the yurts! We loved how modern they both were and that there was good air conditioning in the cabins. The resort is in a great location with a lake and pretty views. They even have a little store and offer kayak rentals! On top of that the hosts were amazing and super friendly. It’s safe to say we’ll be back.

We spent a wonderful time last week at Blue Lake Resort. What struck us most was the beautiful lake in front and the glamping domes. We enjoyed boating, kayaking, and fishing. The domes are well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, and even a coffee maker. Overall, a beautiful place that's highly recommended!

This was my first time camping in Washington and my friends and I had the best time! The location is great and the staff is incredible Angela checked on me and my friends every day with a beautiful smile and a warm greeting. She always made us feel at home. The bathrooms at night into the early mornings were spotless thanks to our girl Terri ❤

Incredible find! We stayed in a dome just steps to the water. Million dollar view!!!! The glamping was set up perfectly. Loved the bigger fridge and freezer, full sized air conditioner, and comfy, comfy bed. So cozy. Kept nice and warm at night with the heater too. We added a grill - at they brought it right too our patio within minutes. Shared washrooms were well equipped and very very clean. We got firewood from the store and lit an incredible fire at the edge of the lake beside our dome. Hosts were 10/10. Just magical. We will be back.

I came here last year and was absolutely blown away by both the incredible views and customer service. And once again, this year was treated exactly the same. Alongside getting a much needed vacation away from work and the stress of life, the warmth that I get from the staff from the second I got here was amazing, i delt treated more as a good friend than just a customer. Last year I had one of the domes, which I absolutely loved. This year, i got a cabin and wasn't disappointed. They are super cozy, and i slept like a baby all night. I'll be editing this I as I go along and get more pictures.

Blue Lake resort is a fantastic place for a family vacation! We had a wonderful time there. The glamping dom were very comfortable and clean, equipped with all the amenities including air conditioning. The service was top-notch, with polite and attentive staff. We were impressed by the beautiful hotel grounds and well-maintained relaxation areas. Overall, we were satisfied with both the ambiance and the service. I highly recommend Blue Lake to anyone looking to relax comfortably and enjoy excellent hospitality!

We had a great time at Blue Lake resort with a family group of about 15 people. Some of us were in RV spots which had full hook ups for water and power.

Some of us were in cabins which had the benefit of being closer to the bathroom, and we rented a Geo Dome, which had a Lake view and was really special in its uniqueness. Both the cabin and the Geo Dome had air conditioning which was much needed in the heat.

Wind was not an issue in the at night or during the day if your secure everything on land and water that can float away lol.

The RV spots that were rented were right on the water and that was so fun, especially with the standup paddle boards and other watercraft. We didn’t access the lake from the geo dome because it was a bit gooey on the bottom in that area but we did have a nice porch outside our Geo dome.

We were in geo dome 50 and that is all the way at the very end with tent campsites right behind and they were playing loud music till 11:30 PM. Super loud!! Not cool.

The biggest drawback are how few bathrooms there are. There is a shower/ toilet house w three of each stall for men and women. The bathroom was about a two minute walk from our Geo dome and for late night trips or multiple trips that’s reall annoying. It’d be cool if there was even a compost toilet on the far end of the campsite.

We didn’t rent anything or use the camp store. When we arrived check in was closed, but our room was left unlocked, we actually never received a key for our dome, and someone on the phone gave us a gate code.

The best part of the whole area is The gorgeous view up the lake. The lake wasn’t very busy and again that view is worth every penny of staying at blue lake resort. The campsite itself may not be super pretty but you’re there for the cool refreshing water and that incredible Lake view from sunrise to sunset.

What an amazing time. The glamping experience here was such a memorable time. Johnny was very helpful and made sure we had what we needed. Will definitely be back for sure 🙏🏽

Excellent service and hospitality from Johnny and the Staff. When we arrived we had a normal campsite and I asked if it was possible to move to a waterfront spot. They immediately moved us to the water. My girlfriend and I felt very welcomed and taken care of. They checked in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves, they brought us fresh fruit and offered us gear for fishing. A nice quiet campground with an awesome view and even better staff. We will absolutely be coming back as much as we can!

We’ve stayed in the both the cabins and have also done tent camping. Quickly becoming our favorite camping spot in eastern WA.

For us, an overall better experience than a state run campground like Sun Lakes because it feels more like an intimate, family run and private experience compared to others. The staff are all amazing, super kind, treat you like family more than guests and work very hard to keep this place clean, sanitary and ready for every stay.

They frequently check restrooms all throughout the day to make sure they’re clean and ready for use. Grass is always watered, green and trash free. There’s a store with anything you need, boat rentals, hot showers and a spacious place to camp whether it’s tent, RV or cabin.

If you’re looking to get away from the busy, hectic state-run camp grounds, but still keep the full amenities of camping, then give this place a try. You can’t beat the hospitality, scenery, amenities and experience of this place. It gets better each time.

Updated review for anyone who saw my recent post. We had a great experience there, and a bit of miscommunication upon checkout that resulted in a low review from me--within 12 hours we heard from the owners and we appreciate them reaching out and working to resolve the issue.
We loved the campsite, we loved the hosts that were there and had a beautiful experience, and now that we have heard compassion and understanding from the owners we are happy to change our review back to the 5 stars I had intended to leave.
Great place for kids, fishing, boating, and very comfortable beds!

My friend and I spontaneously stayed here as part of a week long trip and we are so glad we chose this as our first stop! We stayed in one of the waterfront cabins and it was amazing. The location is beautiful, the hosts were extremely helpful and kind, and the accommodations in the cabin and for water activities during the day went above and beyond expectations. We will definitely be coming back to check out the domes.

This is a wonderful campground with an amazing view on Blue Lake, glamping domes, boat launch, tent sites, RV sites, kayak rentals, a general store, a laundry room and clean restrooms. The staff is genuinely friendly and caring. Thank you Johnny and Angy and staff. The best in the business. I will return. A hidden gem in the Coulee City area. I have been there in July.
And i can say that this is the best resort i could ever have. It was my husband's birthday and I wanted to give him a surprise. I called the owner about the decoration, and instantly he ordered all the decorations from Amazon. They had less staff but still they managed to do it for me. And i am so glad that I choose the best place to stay over. They had all the facilities like fridge, microwave, AC, heater, fancy vanity mirror, grill. They complimentary give us beer to cheer up for birthday night. The staff is helping, we had mostly conversation with the manager and he is polite and kind helpful. We enjoyed a lot there. And i would definitely plan again for vacation. See you soon blue lake resort 💙

We stopped here for one night during a road trip and were absolutely blown away! The views were stunning, the service was amazing - everyone was so kind!! - , all the accommodations were so cool. We stayed in a cabin and it was perfect! We will definitely be booking the glamping domes next. Had the best time and can’t wait to come back!

This is a beautiful campground and cabin rental resort. It feels like everything is fairly new built, our rooms had a spa tub and deck overlooking the blue lake. A great breeze in the morning and a beautiful view of the Canyon, and blue lake just as described on the website. We had a lot of fun by doing boating, fishing, swimming all week. Wonderful robes and comfortable bedding made for a relaxing stay. The store was pretty good but not a big store. The staff was super nice and helpful.

I've been going here since 2000 when I was a kid with different owners, loved the original owners but the new owners have changed a lot of things for the better. We just went for the 4th of July in spot 26, I can honestly say the service and kindness of Jonny and his family /staff is the best we've ever had. The girls in the office we're amazing but I didn't catch their name. They were so accomodating and helpful. They didn't sell flower but gave us some for free so we could finish our breakfast, sold us worms at 8pm even though they were closed, answered phone at 11 PM when I was planning on just leaving voicemail. We will definitely be back!! Only downside is it can get extremely windy without much notice, we had Verizon which is enough for texting or a phone call but not for browsing YouTube or something similar. My wife has att which seemed to work better. We love Bluelake!!

We didn’t have anywhere to go in the middle of the night with our kiddos after getting caught in unexpected traffic for hours. We called and not only at 11:30pm did they answer but got us a spot! After we arrived and we’re unpacking our dogs locked our truck while it was running getting stuck inside. Luckily and thank goodness Jesse not only answers the phone again but had a tool to unlock our vehicle and save our puppy dogs! He’s our hero! Because we didn’t get our kiddos to bed until 1:30 after our ordeal Jesse let us know that check out was whenever we needed, absolutely gracious of him. It was great to not be treated just like a dollar sign. We absolutely appreciate the service we got from this place. When we awoke we had breath taking views of the cliffs right on the lake!!! Recommend them!!
