Ethan did an excellent job accommodating me for what I was looking for. I had dropped my phone that I have had since 2019 and completely broke it, so I couldn't even use my screen. He never let up on helping me, even though he could see I was very stressed out and pissed off, that I just broke my phone. He kept a very kind, professional, informative approach. He listened to what I needed for my situation. Even though I was upset with my own situation; he made sure I was taken care of and stayed to make sure my phone was set up, before he closed up the store. Ethan absolutely deserves a raise! I appreciate his honesty, listening and getting me into a decent phone for the budget, I was trying to stay in. Also never ONCE got an attitude with me even though I was so frustrated, he kept a very professional attitude, with understanding to my situation. One of the best people I've seen in a long time to have excellent customer service. Thank you.

I had such a good experience there. I went in thinking I had a major problem with My phone and as soon as he looked at it he fixed it instantaneously. And then Ryan told me about a lot of other services that Verizon offers and especially for routers and since I live in an apartment I was very happy to hear (face to face) that I had some options. Store was relatively close to my house. I did buy two extra services and now I'm evaluating to see whether they're really of any benefit to me or not. I believe they are. I'd go back to that store anytime. It's now my home store. I'm glad I found it.

The staff, specifically Trevor, was incredibly helpful and made the hour long data transfer process easy and painless. They did what they could to help me get the best deal I could, without being pushy or obnoxious trying to make a sale. Will be skipping customer service and heading straight to the store for any needs going forward, great service.

Trevor went above and beyond to help me transfer data from one phone to another. He also took the time to show me how to resolve the issue i was having. I would highly recommend anyone looking for any electronics or repairs to the Meridian Verizon Store.

Rylan and Sanjay worked with for HOURS so patiently (and fun) with us to get all of our stuff taken care of. Can’t ask for any better customer service than what we had today.

Service was great! Took a few minutes to look around the store while the employees were helping other customers. Once we got in touch with Dustin, he was very professional and answered all of our questions honestly and accurately. We could tell he had our best interests in mind when setting up a new plan, he did not try to sell us things we didn’t need. He was also very willing to help out with the set up of own phones even after the initial visit! Thanks Dustin, you’re awesome. We will be coming back to you for anything we need in the future!

This store is great. At first I came in the store, unsure and unsavvy about the iPhone. Then Shez took Took the time to literally analyze my situation. He was very hands on he was very direct and very supportive on my decisions. I feel as though if anybody wants a great Verizon wireless experience, to go directly to the store and request Shez. This wireless consultant gave me the best Verizon Wireless Customer Experience. I highly recommend this store to anyone!

Great staff and amazing service! All the representatives that worked with me were very knowledgeable and friendly. This will be the store I recommend to my friends anytime they need help with their Verizon service! More specifically Schuyler and Lordes are both exceptional and both treated me very well!

Kody the assistant manager got me into the phone I needed with a significantly lower priced plan. He did not try to upsell me accessories or pressure me in any way as is my usual experience at other stores.

Mark Melendy, a tech at the Victra store in Meridian, Idaho, was amazing. He resolved an issue I had with my phone, to my complete satisfaction. Mark was patient, informed, and fun to work with. I will go to Mark in the future. He is what customer service used to be...great! Thank you, Mark.

Kody was very helpful and patient with us. He was in the middle of transferring my phones when they had an audit come in. His desk was a mess with all of my stuff. I hope they didn’t knock him for that

Dropped my phone last week with no chance of repair. I go into the store late at night (probably after 7:00 PM) and it's pretty much a one man show being ran by a guy by the name of Dustin.

There's 3 groups of us (a couple, a family of 3, and myself) being handled by him alone. That's rough for anyone and a lesser person might have said to come back another day.

But not Dustin.

That man jumped between the 3 of us groups as best as he could trying to get everyone set up on new phones/plans. Considering the disaster that was my phone, he opted to take care of the other two groups first which was justifiable and understandable.

After he finally got the other two groups squared away, Dustin stayed over AN HOUR after closer to work with me to get my phone information transferred (which was quite the feat he pulled off considering he had maybe 30% of a working screen on my phone to try to navigate through all the necessary menus. And, when I say, "working screen," I do mean that the rest of the screen was black as the night sky with dead pixels.) and was even kind enough to get a case and liquid screen protector applied to the phone before sending me on my way. I would've totally understood if he just told me to do it myself at home but he went the extra mile and then some. He was friendly the whole time too. I feel I would've become a bit grumpy if I were in his shoes.

Kudos to him and whomever else works here. If they are anything like him, I think you'll be in good hands.
