Great, easy, hassle-free experience overall. Clean, easy to use facilities, helpful and enthusiastic management from the office & very prompt. I don’t usually take time to do these but this was an extraordinary experience!!!! Well done. After my brothers home burned down, your compassion & helpfulness really meant a lot. Thank you

Jordan, at the Brookline location, is exceptional. From my first phone call inquiry to eventually meeting her and setting up a contract, I've been impressed. Jordan is friendly, informative, and kind with a good sense of humor as well.

Storage Sense Ballston Spa is very clean and safe. I have stored personal belongings in many places throughout my life and Storage Sense is the best by far. And Jordan is very pleasant and accommodating to make it easy in dealing with the company.

Clean/weatherproof/dry units. Everything I stored over the years was in good condition. Never had an issue with accessing my unit. Great customer service too.

This place is okay. I have multiple units here so I’m going in and out a lot. Customer care on the 1-800 number will be the only way you can fix anything if you’re having problems. The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because of Beth who is a customer care representative for corporate. She has taken the time to make sure my account stays with Storage Sense. A true sweetheart!

Storage sense is very easy to get in and to get out everything is written down well , extremely happy with the outcome
