Couldn't ask for a better experience. They didn't have what I needed in stock, but they ordered it and had it in within a few days. The receptionist was polite and efficient. The gentleman that loaded my material was knowledgeable and very helpful.

I only needed 1 sheet of metal, and the lady at the front was kind in helping me with what I was after. The guy in back joshua listened to what i was doing with it and offered great advice, and cut the sheet into dimensions I needed. They got me in and out in under 20 minutes. I'll be going back and would recommend them for anyone in Huntsville for your projects.

I do a lot of home fab work but nothing large scale. The staff at Service Steel always take care of me just like they would any other customer. Friendly and helpful even if you're not exactly sure what you need. Keep in mind they are a larger scale operation so they may need a little time to get your order ready depending on how busy they are. That being said I've always either picked up a couple hours later or been taken care of on the spot. If you've ever bought a single piece of steel at a big box store, you're in the wrong place.

I do home and farm fab projects from time to time, seldom buying large quantities of anything. Service Steel has always treated me as if my business matters, even small orders. The staff is consistently polite, helpful and engaged. I have never had a bad experience here. Good job Service Steel, I appreciate how you conduct business!

The folks at Sevice Steel will treat you right. I’m an out-of-towner and a Yankee and they fixed me right up when I was in a tight spot. They had everything I needed and the prices were amazing! Thank you all for doing a great job and being quick and honest about it. Next time I’m in Huntsville, I will stop by with donuts!

I needed about 30 feet of steel tubing and the local big-box stores wanted a fortune and only sell it in 4 foot lengths. I was able to get exactly what I needed here for a great price and everyone was very friendly and helpful to someone who doesn't know a whole lot about metal.

Excellent customer service & they've got a great selection of big boy metal. Highly recommended for square tube, flat bar, angle iron, rod, and beams; they have a decent selection of plate on hand.

Needed 50 feet of square tubing so I stopped by and they cut and loaded the material in 5 minutes. Friendly staff as well. Nice to have this resource in the Huntsville area.
