I made my first appointment at Crescent Esthetics last year for a lash lift and tint, the treatment results looked natural and beautiful! I continued these appointments for a few months before deciding to try lash extensions! I’ve been returning every two to three weeks to maintain my enhanced hybrid lashes! My top priority is the health and safety of my natural lashes and eyes. Elizabeth works carefully to keep the integrity of my lashes in tact, she takes her time to customize the best style of lashes for each of her clients! Her facials are very relaxing. I leave feeling refreshed and my skin is glowing. I highly recommend the dermaplaning add-on. She is very knowledgeable and professional. You can tell she actively keeps up to date on new practices.

Lizzie is an amazing service provider! She is extremely professional, friendly, and keeps a clean and tidy work place! My lashes look amazing when I leave! She is also a brow slayer. I had a facial and eye brow tint done at Crescent Aesthetics and was thrilled with the results! Elizabeth answers my questions and gave me a number of resources to review myself. Elizabeth was ready for me when I arrived and was very professional and friendly throughout my experience. I would definitely return for these services again and will consider trying some others as well.

The eyelash extensions started falling out the very SAME DAY- I assumed it was normal fall out …. Then, the next day MORE fell out!!! Then by day 4-5 I had lost about 80% of the eyelash extensions!!!! I wrote to Elizabeth looking for answers AND SHE NEVER RESPONDED TO MY MESSAGE!!! Then when I went to cancel my follow up appt, SHE CONFIRMED MY appt for me!!!!! I didnt even get to confirm my own appointment! I WANTED TO CANCEL IT- but once it’s confirmed you can’t log in to cancel. So then when I didn’t go to my appt- she charged my card $75.00!!!! - I will be reporting her if the funds aren’t returned!!! Worst service ever! Terrible customer service!! AND, I even explained to her MULTIPLE times how bad my previous experience was and she assured me this would be different—sooo apparently she wants you to pay $200 for eyelash extensions that only last a day, then come back every WEEK and pay $70!!????? hahahahaa you’ve got to be out of your mind!!!! I WILL BE GETTING A REFUND!!!!!!!!!
