Versmax just finished a 1000 sq. ft addition to our home from design to construction. We have two young kids, Chris and the team went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during construction. The crew was here everyday and the project was completed on time. We would recommend the Versamax team to anyone who is thinking of upgrading their home or business.

I have just finished building a home with Versamax. These guys are honest and easy to work with. They have a strong work ethic and desire to please the customer. They do not shy away from special projects, but instead they embrace things that are different and unique. They communicate well and are always available to answer questions. After seeing signs of termite infestation in the front entry way of our home we contacted a professional to confirm termites were probably present behind stucco walls. We asked for a recommendation of the best contractor to perform the deconstruction and repairs and he immediately said Versamax so we contacted Chris Hayes and authorized the process to begin. The front entryway had to be completely rebuilt and the quality of work and honest communication with Chris and his entire team throughout the entire job was outstanding. Mike Hutto guided us through the work scope and estimate and Alex Hicks managed all phases of construction. Mike and Alex always provided timely and honest answers Alex was very helpful with best approaches to keep project on schedule. I would also like to recognize Tristan and Morgan Hicks for their hands on contributions throughout the total project. I will gladly recommend Chris and Versamax to anyone needing their services.

Versamax LLC came highly recommended from multiple professionals in the contracting world. We reached out for a fairly significant home remodel to several companies, and Versamax was by far the most professional and upfront company we had interviewed. They exceeded expectations at every phase of the renovation, from affordability to timeliness and quality of work there was not a single reservation to be held. I work with several clients throughout South Mississippi on their home purchases and sales, and I understand the need for quality workmanship. Versamax was originally hired for a home addition and new garage building. After seeing unknown issues with a 70+ year old home Versamax presented options for repair vs rebuild. We chose rebuild and now have a new home without compromises.
Throughout demolition and construction Versamax was professional and attentive to our questions/plan changes. Timely meetings and jobsite visits kept the lines of communication open. Budget issues were discussed with pros/cons clearly defined.

The services that Versamax completed for us were basically everything from the studs out. As they brought life to our vision, we were constantly happy with the entire job! My husband and I revived a century old house keeping as much of the old as possible and utilizing the expertise that Versamax brought to the table! Chris Hase and Mike Hutto were accessible, honest and thorough from start to finish. I have recommended them to several acquaintances and my friends. If you or someone that you know is in need of a full service contractor do not hesitate to give them a call. They will listen (even when they did not like what I was saying) and bring your vision into a reality.

I have only done a handful of reviews, but I felt compelled to review Versamax because of the outstanding job they did with my home. I have a high-end home in downtown Ocean Springs and unfortunately on two occasions, it sustained moderate termite damage. A friend of mine referred me to Versamax and using them turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made. The entire team has been excellent but specifically Mike and Chris have gone the extra mile to make sure that everything was handled quickly and thoroughlyThe quality of their work was truly outstanding.

A couple of examples the Versamax team going above and beyond are important to point out. Some of the work on the side of my house transitioned into my roofing which had some minor cosmetic issues. unrelated to their job. Instead of just stopping with their work, Chris reached out to me and said that he didn’t feel comfortable transitioning into the pre-existing issues in my roof. He told me that he would not change the estimate and that he would fix the problem and only billed me the cost of the materials. He did not add in any additional labor. The transition from the side to the roof was seamless and done beautifully.

Another example involve the second job they did. The end of the construction they were required to paint the entire side of my house, which wasno small matter. Some slight weather rolled in that lead to a few imperfections that I didn’t even appreciate. Versamax insisted on re-painting the entire side again to make sure the job was done perfectly. I really appreciated this attention to detail.

If I ever need any work done in my home, I will of course be calling Versamax. I recommend them highly for anyone that wants an excellent job done at a very reasonable price in an expedient manner.

We hired Versamax to redesign and renovate an old 1899 home into a 4 suite Boutique Hotel. The architect on staff worked with us to come up with a layout that would fit our vision and business plan. Chris Hase led his crew and sub-contractors through a pretty intense demo and buildout with professionalism and good communication. They worked very closely with the city departments to ensure proper permits were in place and regulations and codes were followed. In the end we flew through the final inspections with ease and were able to open the business in a timely manner. The project turned out absolutely gorgeous! We highly recommend Versamax and plan to hire them again for future projects.

The Versamax professionals completed an extensive remodeling project of our home. They were phenomenal to work with before, during, and even after our project was completed. I would give them the highest recommendation.

The Versamax team removed false dormers that were improperly installed, repaired improperly installed chimney housing, replaced water damaged sheathing, soffits, and fascia, and installed all new shingles. The workers were very dedicated to doing the job proper. The leaks are gone. We and the neighbors like the new look.

Versamax replaced rotted siding and painted the house exterior. The crew showed up on time, worked diligently and efficiently, and cleaned up. I definitely recommend them.
