We were thrilled with VEP appliance repair for our Thermador Pro Grand Range. Andy and Elie were very professional and diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately. They were very considerate and put down cardboard and brought furniture sliders to ensure they did not scratch the floor. So happy we have professionals who serve our area! Would highly recommend them.

We love working with VEP. They always respond to questions and set up installation quickly, and are helpful in working with us. We purchased the Bosch SHE3AR75UC Dishwasher and love it so far - very quiet and user friendly. Would definitely recommend purchasing from and working with VEP!

Great place, they stand by their appliance that they sell, the repairman knows what he is doing. They design my kitchen, installation was great and we enjoyed doing business with them.

We have a Viking stove that was in need of oven repair and I finally found VEP who sent a very capable and personable service man who was able to diagnose and solve the trouble ... I highly recommend them ... Very courteous and helpful ... and we live over an hour from their store!!! ...
