Trackside Dining

Awesome home town diner. We all miss Nancy so very much. Wait staff is very friendly and attentive. I love going here with my husband for our little breakfast/lunch dates because we always sit in the same spot (aka “our spot”), our waitresses has a great down to earth personality (which I very much appreciate), & the food is great. There’s always a decent crowd of our towns older folks, which to me is comforting.

Go on a day that they have Mac and cheese and the tomato soup, what a combo! The food here is always good. Usual diner fare but you can tell everything is homemade. Reasonably priced.

Delicious food served nice and hot. Waitress was wonderful. The burger was amazing. This is the only place I can say that serves amazing krinckle cut fries. The environment is very down home feel to it.

Food was good place looked good but when I ordered my burger by time it was brought to me it was cold and the French fries where cold muchie and some where just down right suggy too person giving me my drink 10 mins and some of the ice was melted food is good just need someone who knows how cook French fries and waiters who bring you the food faster and waiters who don't waste time talking people food when I was a kid they cook it you get it right away and the French fries were always crispy and your drink didn't taste watered down i use yo go here alot cause it was my favorite childhood restaurant now its like the people hired are slacking and its sad cause the trackside dining use to have killer food

It's always great to come home to visit and stop at the diner. The food is good and service fast and friendly.

For the price and quality of food, this is a gem in Sidney. We had the Friday Haddock buffet, and highly recommend it. I got fried, wife got grilled, both were superb. The seafood soup/clam chowder? Was outstanding! Being a USAF vet the 10% discount was greatly appreciated!

It's a great little spot for a quick bite food comes out fast and have a friendly staff plus it's easy on the wallet no complaints here

Brought our grandson here because he is a big railroad/train nut. Nothing fancy, but very friendly people with good food at reasonable prices. He was excited to see some rare rail car on this train as we left.

I met Paula, I think her name was. She was amazing, friendly, and so nice to talk to while I was in town due to an emergency with my pup. She was so welcoming. 5 stars as Paula is the reason that place has good service.

Small town diner with the best sausage gravy & biscuits I've ever had. The biscuits taste homemade, not Bisquick, and they're crumbled in the gravy, and it's served in a bowl.... well done.

Trackside dining is a nice and cozy returant. Eating there is like having home cooked food on the go. It's not too crazy busy, but you can tell they are loved by their community with how many regulars they had when I went. If your looking for an inexpensive bite to eat while on Sidney then this is the place for you! 🙂

The food is outstanding especially the breakfast sandwich on a hard roll, the staff is very friendly, the prices are great, quickly became my favorite place when I want breakfast for dinner

This is a great casual dining place. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Our waitress was attentive and polite. They offered three daily specials. I ordered the Cowboy Sandwich with French Fries for $9. It was delicious and filling. My wife had a wrap with a side order of waffle fries. I have never seen waffle fries that big. The service was prompt. My wife and I had a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Trackside Dining!
