The employees are almost always kind and personable. My orders have always been correct and everything made properly. Pricing seems to be set by corporate and is reasonable. They could fry the chalupa shells longer but thats basically all taco bells at this point.

The guy that is working the drive-thru deserves a promotion. He talked me into a more expensive order just so the cooks had to work harder. Money well spent.

I work very close to our local Taco Bell and stop in there probably 3 days a week. Everyone is very nice but today I was greeted by a young man named Enrique and I have to say that he was the nicest guy I think I've ever experienced at a drive-thru. He was kind, considerate patient and helpful. People always go on and say the bad things but I feel that we need to acknowledge when someone does an outstanding job. Enrique.... You rock!

Ok... going three months on and off...and normally horrible, needing refunds, forgetting did, not caring about customers. Went last week, new staff I've never seen. Tattoo guy and wild hair girl were amazing!!!! They rock.

Ordered through the app and picked up from the drive thru. No problems getting my order. Food was good

I order online pretty much every day because it's the best and quickest place around. Food is always great and service is always quick. Only problem I have is ocasionly the chips will taste weird but outside of that it's the quickest, cleanest, and best fast food place that's local.

It was fantastic the girls were friendly and courteous . The wife and I will definitely be returning to this location.

Y’all manager needs to go over to McDonald’s and teach them about customer service. Because apparently they will call the cops on you over at McDonald’s for refusing to give you barbecue sauce after you paid for it 😂

Visited the Taco Bell in Umatilla today & was greeted by the kindest girl at the drive thru, Kaylee (not sure if I spelled that correctly) was so sweet and genuinely a kind soul! Taco Bell you have a good one.

Great service and friendly staff. We ordered two chrunchwraps with double steak and the lady didn't hear it right and gave us regular steak on one. When we told her we wanted double on both they fixed it without any problems.

I've yet to have a bad experience here since being under Enrique and his team. Gone many times, and recommend other stores follow the way its done there!

The best fast food in Umatilla, Food is good, employees are fast and friendly, Orders are almost always right. They often forget to flip the sign from breakfast to lunch specials and back. But overall very happy

Had a minor issue with an order that the manager overheard and he completely went out of his way to not only fix the issue, but to also go above and beyond. Definitely need more people like Enrique in management, or customer service in general.
