Southside Family Practice

My family has been going to Southside Family for over a decade and we would not go anywhere else. Dr. Horn is an incredibly compassionate doctor and shows genuine care and concern for his patients. He has always taken the time to listen and communicate with me and my family about our health, including quickly returning our calls when we have had questions after an appointment. I have also seen Allison Ford, PA on occasion and she has shown all the same wonderful qualities.
The care and compassion extends to the nurses and front desk, including Kathy and Elaine, who have treated us like family. Even after moving to the Wilmington area, my family and I continue to commute down to Southside in Smyrna for all of our primary care appointments because of the quality of care we have experienced. I cannot recommend this office enough.

I personally wouldn't go anywhere else for My health needs, the Physicians and Staff are by far the nicest people in the medical field in this area.

When I called to schedule an appointment the lady who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. They have horrible customer service and clearly forget who their customers are. Decent doctors horrible service up front ruins it. Beware
