The Full Bowl

Love The Full Bowl! When I visit Cedar Rapids I always try to make a stop in NewBo Market and The Full Bowl because it's one of the few vegan options in Eastern Iowa. Not only that, it's vegan done very well! Highly recommend their No Coast bowl and Acai smoothie, really can't go wrong with anything on the menu!

The Full Bowl rocks! Love their vegan options, we're big fans of their spring rolls to start and the No Coast bowl for entree. Will definitely be back!

SO glad we did some Google research for our dinner while coming through town. The food here is so fresh and SO flavorful! We had the Chana Masala, Tofu Scramble Bowl and spring rolls. I recommend all of them. This is vegan food done right.

My favorite healthy place to eat in Cedar Rapids - you can’t go wrong with the no coast bowl or the chana masala. Tried the spring rolls for the first time this visit (sweet potato, red cabbage and micro greens) and recommend. High quality ingredients, super fresh and always thoughtfully prepared. Mint tea was also great!

The staff is friendly, the food was very fresh literally grown on site and had great flavor. The spring rolls are delicious! We will definitely go back again if we are ever In the area.

Best place in Cedar Rapids for plant based food. I visit as often as I can and the owner and staff are all great! The spring rolls are amazing and get whatever special of the week he’s offering. Really appreciate having this option available.

I love the newbo market and the full bowl has great vegetarian and vegan options. Sparkling water and kind people.

The Full Bowl has delicious, organic food!! 😋 My kids and I went there for lunch (our first time) and ended up going back for supper!! 😁💕 It's wonderful having an organic place to eat that serves yummy food!! ❤😋❤

The owner is always pleasant and ready to answer questions about his food. I have a very restrictive diet right now and it is amazing to treat myself to a meal out! It's delicious, filling and guilt free

The guy who runs this little place is super nice and the food is really good. Probably one of my favorite places to stop at when I got to Newbo Market. Did not think I would be such a huge fan but almost every Thursday I stop by now and get the Indian inspired Masala bowl! I highly recommend it.

Delicious! Eco-conscious! Healthy food that tastes wonderful and probably even cheaper than fast food!!! Limited menu but if you like rice and beans organic ingredients with the little bit of ethnic flare (not spicy) I highly recommend

First time visiting and wasn’t disappointed at all. The coast bowl was so good. It’s very nourishing. Definitely would be coming back for sure.

Absolutely love this place!
I got the seasonal Pumpkin Chickpea Curry and it was so good--cannot talk up the cranberry chutney enough. The staff is super sweet and helpful with questions. They've got a lot of gluten free and vegan options without sacrificing anything in the way of flavor and they're affordable. Plus, they're local and support local. Such a cool place!

The owner was super nice and pleasant, and the food was great! This is just a small spot, but the food is packed with unique flavors. I got the masala bowl, and while I didn't love the mint chutney with this dish (it would have been great with something else!) this was so. effin. good. I can't wait to go back to Cedar Rapids and try the no coast bowl.
I also got a cornbread muffin - seriously it's the best cornbread muffin I've ever had! Love this place and love supporting small business!

The corn muffins are to die for! & specials change weekly so there’s always something new. So happy to have vegan options here in town. 10/10 recommend.

This is a hidden gem at NewBo. Don’t walk by and dismiss it due to the minimal signage and space. For me, the No Coast Bowl is worth a drive across town for. A great mix of tasty flavors with a great texture, that’s also healthy and filling.

Great place to get a quick healthy lunch. Their menu is limited but do change it every week or so. Reasonably priced, satisfying portions and quick service. Food is always delicious.
